"We really loved staying here, but our check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, but the room was not ready, even though the official check-in time is 2:00 PM. The front desk staff informed us that the previous guest had not checked out and her luggage was still in the room. We were annoyed and unhappy, as this delay should not happen, especially when guests arrive well after the standard check-in time. We only managed to get into the room at 5:00 PM, after the hotel resolved the issue. That said, aside from this early hiccup, the hotel itself is excellent. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to everything around. The room was very clean, and the smart toilet was a nice and modern touch. Once we were settled in, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, Tian Hua Hotel is an awesome place to stay, and we genuinely enjoyed it. However, the check-in delay should not happen again, as it left a poor first impression."

"The hotel itself is very simple and basic. Theres no fridge in the room. Its about 5-8min walk to Dashijie Metro exit 5. Which is only one stop from Yuyuan Garden & Peoples Square. The room is not that cramp. Quite spacious. The room attendant is friendly. There's halal noodle shop exactly on the left of the hotel which open 24hrs and another halal noodle shop diagonal to exit 5 of Dashijie metro. Communication with staff will require translation app. Overall its a good stay."

"It's a lovely accommodation and it looked exactly like as it's shown on trip.com. The cleanliness is good. The location is spectacular. Just outside of down town feeling. Many locals. Crazy energy. Nice and busy. hotpots all around. And on ground floor there's a big surprise. The most amazing karaoke joint imaginable. Had the impression that the ladies behind the reception didn't like me so much already from check in. Was it really necessary to give a bald headed man two hair combs? That was very rude in my experience and maybe I don't speak any form of Chinese, but it was kind of sinister to talk bad behind my back. I didn't make me feel very comfy. But never the less, thank you for the necessary upgrade, there where the air conditioner functioned as it it had rain clouds in it. Hopefully the technical issue is repaired now. I'm still happy with my booking and I look back on a very nice stay."

"Review: Kentangxuan Hotel Shanghai – 6 Nights I stayed at Kentangxuan Hotel Shanghai for 6 nights and it turned out to be a very comfortable base for my trip. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. Housekeeping was consistent, and the room always felt fresh when I returned each day. The location was convenient — easy to get around, close to shops and food, and simple to access transportation. It made exploring the city so much easier. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in/check-out were smooth with no issues. Even after staying almost a week, it still felt comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay in Shanghai for multiple nights."

Daha önce ”The Penthouse” adlı Kore dizisini izlemiştim ve kendimi bir kez olsun kahraman gibi hissetmiştim. Odalarımızın her biri Doğu'nun İncisi Kulesi ve Bund manzarasına sahipti. Çok lüks bir deneyim yaşadık! Hemen telefonumu aldım ve WeChat Moments'a bir mesaj gönderdim. Çok etkilenmiştim. Bulgari Hotel ve W Hotel'i daha önce görmüştüm ama manzaraları buradaki kadar iyi değildi. Üstelik aynı manzaranın keyfini çok daha uygun bir fiyata çıkarabilirsiniz. Birkaç kelime daha söylemekten kendimi alamıyorum. Odaların hepsi temalı ve lüks tasarımlı. Tiffany ve Hermès'te kaldık. Bir dahaki sefere Chanel tarzı bir oda deneyeceğim. Küçük bir kızla nasıl başa çıkılacağını gerçekten biliyor. Sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde Bund Waibaidu Köprüsü, biraz daha ileride ise Nanjing Yolu Yaya Caddesi var. Çok kullanışlı. "What a great place to stay near Pudong airport. I can't comment on the Disney shuttle, but the airport shuttle was very efficient. Be prepared to phone the driver, though; an eSIM won't work. Staff members were friendly and helpful despite my not speaking Chinese. The room was a very good size and quiet. Very good value!"
