"老闆人不錯，看得出來是在用心經營，有求必應又很熱情，房間很乾凈，都在高層，樓下就是早市和夜市，進出大廈上電梯都需要刷卡很安全，我住了4天，因為當天臨時改變行程，匆忙預訂下了3個訂單，什麼價位的房間都有，老闆主動把價格最低的房間幫我升級了，省去了每天要換房間的麻煩，感謝老闆，下次去瀋陽還會預訂的，祝老闆生意興隆～"

"I recently stayed at Yoho Hotel Apartment from January 16 to January 18, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect; just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars, which added to the enjoyment of my stay. The room was fairly clean and maintained at a comfortable temperature throughout my visit, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it offered everything I needed for a short trip. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily choose Yoho Hotel Apartment again for future visits!"

"Nice location, about five minutes from the river, which has great running and cycling tracks for long-distance exercise. The room was in an apartment-style, with plenty of room, light, and comfort. Some slight damage to walls and furnishings, but nothing major. I didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment, but was satisfied with everything else provided. Would recommend."

MMisafir Kullanıcı設施：訂的家庭房，一張大床一張小床，還有頂小帳篷，小朋友很喜歡；枕頭不舒服，住了兩晚上脖子肩膀難受；前台旁邊有早餐，雖然種類不多，味道還不錯，吃飽沒問題，前台還兼買奶茶，有堂食的座位， 衞生：感覺地面打掃得一般，可能是旺季入住太多人了吧 環境：位置在中街步行街旁，交通便利，但是打車不能直接到酒店，要通過一條衚衕步行200米，拎着大件行李帶小孩就有點不方便，另外一家漢庭倒是可以直接打車到酒店門口；樓頂天台可以看外景。裝飾得還不錯！ 服務：外賣可以機器人送，挺方便的

AAngel GgTThis place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

AAnonim KullanıcıFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line. However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af. The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom. Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

RRusOn a cold freezing night when my previous apartment cancelled abruptly for some weird reason, I got into this hotel at a last minute decision. The owner herself greeted me. Her English name is Nancy and she's quite friendly and welcoming. On the first impression, the room is basically an apartment and not a typical hotel. For all foreigners, to put it simply, it's like an Airbnb concept. It wasn't clean initially but being the first night, I let it go. The wifi isn't good and the shower was inconsistently changing from hot to Cold by itself. However, next day, thanks to trip.com and the owner, we solved most of the problems. Once again, for foreigners, be prepared to have a bad day with the internet. Use your mobile data instead. The shower was great when fixed. The hotel cleaned up the room. Overall, if it's for a day or two, I recommend this place be it solo or with your partner/travel mate. The location is also convenient and close to Shenyang north station. 😁 I do hope to make a reservation again. VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests. Thank you for the spacious room.
