We had a very good stay ! The room is clean and nice. There is a common room with a table , chairs, hot water, a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine and a dryer. The staff is very nice. We arrived at 7 am and they allowed us to do an early check in so we got some rest in the room. The day we were leaving we stayed in the common rooms waiting our train after leaving the room.

THE LOCATION IS GOOD NEAR ALL SHOPPING AREA AND EASY TO GET FOOD. NEARBY METRO STATION VERY CONVENIENCE. FRONT DESK STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, FACILITIES - HAVE WASHING MACHINE BUT NO TIME TO USE. FOOD IS GOOD.

Very nice and cosy place. Good shower, confortable beds. You can write to the hotel by Wechat They can arrange a car (with the help of a travel agency) for a day tour to Tianchi lake and Urumqui Museum, then train station for 800 RMB

This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

Since my last visit, construction has progressed. Now, rooms are accessible by card. Lockers with numpads have been installed. Sadly, the code is given by reception and cannot be changed. The lockers are on the smaller side and cannot handle a normal size backpack. When the sun was out, the room was really cold. No insulation, one of the cardboard walls had a big hole to let some pipes in and there was no heating. It wasn't a problem at night at this time of year with the available blanket. Still a great deal in Urumqi 👍

15-20 minutes walk to Urumqi High Speed railway station. Recommend to pay a little bit more (40rmb in my case) and get the room with a big red bathtub and Japanese style bed (quite comfortable) because it's bigger and overall nicer than the standard room. There was a cigarette smell in standard room as well. All facilities was working but seems to be a little bit old. A lot of convenience shops and restaurants around. Overall a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.

大床房好大呢，雙床房就正常大小。前台戴黑框眼鏡的小姐姐特別有禮貌有耐性還很熱情。酒店雖然不是很新，但也沒有就很舊的那種，正常住，整體也是乾淨的，房間沒有異味，交通也很方便。附近斜對面有家饢，可多人排隊了。好吃？。去大巴扎，和田二街，領館巷，都是兩公里左右的距離。我覺得，作為遊客，這幾個地方，時間急就一晚的話去和田二街就挺夠了，暑假人特別多。維護安全秩序的警種也不少，讓人感覺很放心。花果都很甜。領館巷的和田冰蕊酸奶粽子，刨冰啥的，我覺得也就那麼一回事。正飛鮮奶的鮮奶和酸奶酪特別好吃，一行人的一致好評。烤奶皮一盒盒的那個，也很好吃，香脆。奶酪包也好吃，堅果沒有吃到不好的。整體很不錯。圖二在和田二街那家小紅薯上有點網紅的蛋糕店叫啥來着買的奶皮子太太太甜了。一把抓烤包子和田二街不拍長隊的其他家買的也非常好吃，圓形的包子比有點長的要好吃很多。綠葡萄也非常好吃，脆甜。丁丁炒麪不錯，面有點韌性Q彈，也是一行人的一致好評

服務：其他的服務中規中矩，但是老闆很熱情。我們行李箱寄存在酒店，後來需要換衣服也非常貼心的幫我找了一個房間換衣服，而不是讓我在衞生間處理一下！ 👍👍👍 房間內：一個比較不好的點就是隔音很不好！ 晚上三點多被吵醒，五點多給前台打電話讓上來溝通一下，前台上來溝通過之後聲音小了很多，點贊當天的值班人員。如果第二天有其他重要安排的話。。。

This is my second time stay in this hotel, never disappointed. We allowed to check in early, the location is near the Metro stations of international urumqi airport. So, you can go around the city by train. We had morning flight the next day, they provide us the transfer bus to the airport. And the receptionist is friendly. I love this hotel

Hostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport. The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you. Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift. (Check the other reviews here, for a picture of the gate/door to the building) The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful. They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software. Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact. (This is a CN Govt requirement) The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views. There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one. The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night. The beds are OK. There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too! The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located, except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms. Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.
