"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town."

"波哥跟姐姐熱情周到，還沒來的時候微信聯繫就很暖心熱情，想知道什麼都可以問他們，從哈爾濱來的車也幫訂，到客棧是樣樣俱全，大廳開着小超市，什麼玩的用的吃的喝的都有都全乎！位置方便，離大舞台近，主街走會就到。在客棧裡頭還能吃上姐姐的免費凍梨凍柿子圖片，晚上還有宵夜，太舒服了！這的鍋包肉圖片特好吃，還有小燒烤（自己體驗了一把自個烤自個吃，老香了）最重要是住的安心，要啥都跟哥姐説，不小心落大巴上的東西也能給你要回來（在這裏也謝謝大巴車的工作人員，落水杯了當天就給拿回來了，感恩❤️）行程上不懂的也都會給建議，晚上經常能和其他客人一起圍桌嘮嗑，這次體驗非常不錯，下次來雪谷還來這住😁"

"The owner is very kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities provided were more than satisfactory. The bathroom was well equipped with a smart toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. As a Muslim guest, I truly appreciated that they prepared breakfast for us and ensured that it was halal, so there was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this place. They even helped us arrange transportation whenever needed..just ask, and they are happy to assist. "We are a family of six staying at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The host was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The bathroom has hot water, which was very comforting in the cold weather. The resort is surrounded by beautiful scenery, including stunning frozen waterfalls. There are many fun activities available here such as frozen river fishing, ice skating, tubing slides, and more, perfect for families with kids. The resort provides no pork and no lard meals. They cook using vegetable oil and use separate utensils for halal food, which gave us great peace of mind. We ordered fish and vegetables, and the food was delicious. The price was very reasonable, only 312 yuan for 10 pax. For breakfast, we ordered egg fried rice at just 5 yuan per bowl. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, halal-friendly stay with beautiful winter activities."

"The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰（splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍"

"This hotel is located in Snow valley, about 2 hours drive from Snow town. The price is super cheap compared to all hotels in Snow town. Our room is very clean and cozy. The host is super kind and helpful, she helped us plan our trip and booked all the buses we needed. We like Snow valley much more than Snow town and regret not being able to stay here longer. If we come back to Snow valley one day, we will definitely choose this hotel. Hope they will have more customers because they deserve it!"
