The apartment also has a private garage and Wi-Fi. Located in the residential part of town with the locals; closer to the centro storico and away from the tourist end of town in the high season. There is an Italian language school at the end of our road. This 2 bedroom apartment is modern and comfortable with air conditioning in both bedrooms, and has been a holiday home for visitors since 2012. It's suitable for only 4 adults/children and there is also a child's cot and high chair. The kitchen opens out onto a large private roof terrace, with covered coperta and lighting, overlooking fields for the obligatory alfresco dining. There is also direct access to a further large private sun roof terrace (i.e. for this apartment only) with sun loungers and day round sunshine and great views at sunset. An hour’s drive from Brindisi airport (served by Ryanair, EasyJet and BA in the summer) and two hours drive from Bari airport, there is also a private garage in the gated apartment complex and a supermarket within a couple of minute’s walk. What is included: all the prices quoted includes private parking under the condominium, air-conditioning, gas, electricity, wi-fi, bedding, towels, and the cleaning of the apartment after you leave.
