The Seongnam New Time is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Seongnam will find that the Seongnam New Time is a fantastic accommodation choice. With Pangyo Station just 5km away and Gimpo International Airport only 32km away, transportation is very convenient. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Taepyeong Metro Station within walking distance. With multiple attractions nearby including Seongnam Complex Sport Center Snow Sled Side, Bongguksa of the Jogye Order and Seongnam Sport Complex, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.
"Hello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea). First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway. Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement."

우선 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 모란역 2번 출구에서 아주 가까워서 이동하기 너무 편리하고요. 주변에 먹거리가 많아서 편하더라고요. 호텔 방도 비교적 깨끗하고, 방에 TV도 크고 시청 프로그램도 많아서 좋았어요. 다음에도 다시 찾을 것 같아요…

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—close to many restaurants, a department store (which also has excellent eateries on the lower level), and the subway station. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor, which I believe is non-smoking. The noise level was minimal, and the staff were friendly. Tea, coffee, and bottled water are replenished upon request. There is also a free coffee machine on the ground floor.

금연실로 예약했는데 담배냄새 하나도 안나고 깨끗했습니다. 가격이 많이 저렴한데도 불구하고 적당한 크기에 만족했습니다.
