"This place was very nice, close to the beach and within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. The owner was very kind and even took us to a supermarket. There’s also a nice barbecue area. Overall, it’s a great stay for easygoing travelers."

"오션뷰인데다 일출까지 볼 수 있고, 걱정했던만큼 청결하지않거나 하지않아서 좋았어요! 건물 내 편의시설도 너무 좋았구요. 다만 낮에는 조금 더워서 에어컨문의 드렸더니 운영기간이 아니라고 하시더라구요;; 일교차가 커서 저녁은 창문 열면 시원하긴한데, 낮엔 더운데 밖에있다 들어와서 더위를 식힐 수가 없어서 그 점이 좀 아쉬웠어요! 그래도 잘 쉬고 놀다 갑니다~!"

"The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot. Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use. Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on. At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself)."

"이 호텔에서 정말 좋은 인상을 많이 받았습니다. 호텔 근처 아름다운 해변에서 놀다가 늦게 도착했는데, 저도 외국인인데도 불구하고 주차장에서 기다리고 계시던 사장님이 반갑게 맞아주시고 주차할 곳을 알려주셨습니다. 떠날 때도 사장님이 후진하는 방법과 주변 명소들을 알려주셨습니다. 마치 멀리서 아이들이 집에 온 것 같은 느낌이었습니다. 정말 따뜻했습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 모든 시설이 완비되어 있었습니다. 호텔은 금강산화암사(신서대)🏔️ 근처에 있어 등산객들에게 매우 적합합니다. 정말 아름다운 산입니다. 제가 사는 도시에서 330km나 떨어져 있지만, 앞으로 몇 번이고 다시 방문할 것입니다. 사장님의 건강과 더 많은 손님을 맞이할 수 있기를 기원합니다.🥰"

"물치항 회센터 바로 앞이라서 회 포장하기 너무너무 좋았구요! 살짝 오션뷰에 편의점이 코앞이라 편했습니다. 해돋이를 볼 수 있는 광장도 바로 앞에 있어서 새해 맞이로 좋아요. 단, 하얀 배게 커버가 노랗게 물들어있어요~ 많이 사용해서 그런지 때가 많이 탔던데 이제 바꿀때가 된거 같아요! 그것 제외하곤 다 좋았습니다. 주차, 난방, 화장실 청결도 다 좋았어요~"

"가격대비 넘 편하게 놀다 왓어요. 무인텔이라 걱정은 했는데.. 공용실 내부도 깨끗하고. 방 상태도 최고!! 다만 근처에 식사할곳이 없어서.. 조금 불편했어요. 그래도 주차편하고. 좋아요~ 벌써 또가고 시프다~~~"

"전객실이 오션부에 테라스를 가지고 있어 전망은 최고인것 같습니다. 건물 및 가구는 많이 노후와 되어있으나 침구 상태나 청소상태는 최상의 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 오래된 숙박시설들은 오션뷰라도 창문에 더러운 경우가 많지만, 베니키아 양양은 창문은 물론 창틀 틈새먼지까지 깨끗히 청소되어 있어 다소 놀랄 정도였습니다. 가격대비 훌륭한 장점을 가지고 있는 숙소 인것 같습니다."
