We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

If you are having party in Permas Jaya, good place to spend a night before you move on. Hotel and rooms are clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of good food in Permas Jaya. Enjoy the night food street too.

A nice place to stay, just a walking distance to kipmart, eco shop and food stalls. My tv had no signal, and the hair dryer was not working. Hopefully can be fixed. The cleanliness of the room is overall satisfying. Will definitely come back.

Good location. Many eateries and shops are nearby. Especially for Chinese food.

Had no chance to stay here because i had to back to my hometown last minute due to emergency matter.
