The bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the toilet area. Getting there was a breeze. The location is easy to find, and parking was hassle-free. Just a heads up, though: there's no elevator, but since it's just one floor, taking the stairs wasn't a big deal.

Everything was clean, the aircon worked well, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to D’Pulze Mall, restaurants, and convenience stores. Paid parking are available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great pick if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place for a night or two. No frills, no fuss, just a quiet stay and a soft pillow to rest on. 😊

Swing & Pillow Kota Warisan offers a wonderfully peaceful and charming escape. The tastefully decorated rooms are incredibly comfortable, creating a perfect haven for relaxation. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind in a serene and beautiful setting.

The area is nice. Is near to 7-11, McDonalds, and few other restaurants. Room is decent too, with nice air conditioner. However, the reception is bad, and barely have any connection in room. Using wifi also is not helping as it the signal is weak there too. Recommended if just want to sleep only.

4th time short stay at this hotel, always choose Royal Room with the jacuzzi, value for money

Hotel was very convenient for the night layover we had. Staff were friendly, accommodating and able to answer our questions about certain things. It’s not far from the smoking area downstairs and it was very close to McDonald’s. Beds were comfortable and all needed amenities were in the room. My friend had a little grumble about the hairdryer when using it, it lasted for 3 minutes before turning off

Havaalanından alma hakkında bilgi almak için varışımdan yaklaşık 4 gün önce web sitelerindeki WhatsApp numarasına mesaj attım (sanırım 24 saat iddia ediyor) ve görmezden gelindim. Kovaladım ve görmezden gelindim. Aradım ve anlaşılması zordu ve telefonu yüzüme kapattılar. E-posta gönderdim ve bir kez yanıt verdiler ancak takip isteğime yanıt vermediler. Havaalanına vardığımda ve transfer ayarlandığında onları aradım. Varışta havaalanına geri servis alıp alamayacağımı sordum ve resepsiyon evet dedi. Saati vb. söyledim. Uçuşumun sabahı tekrar kontrol ettim ve tekrar evet dediler ve sonra servis gelmesini beklediğim için resepsiyondaki başka bir adam rezervasyonun yapılması gerektiğini söyledi? Ve ödemenin yapılması? Ancak bu hiç iletilmedi. Sadece berbat, yardımcı olmayan bir hizmet. Otelin kendisi iyiydi. Temeldi ancak beklendiği gibiydi. Banyo çok temiz değildi ancak kötü de değildi. Yatak oldukça rahattı. Odamda WiFi çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı güzeldi, self servis. Ama genel olarak tavsiye etmem.
