"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶 I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

"The location is great. You just have to select a rented property carefully. Ours looks like a bodega malayo sa picture Ng room na ni booked namin 😂 we are on our anniversary trip just my husband and I. The room is huge pero Hindi maayos, a spare bed on a side, two broken TV's under the table, a center table on the countertop.all in all parang inayusang bodega, Hindi matawagan ang agent wala kaming ma present na authorisation, buti na Lang to the rescue is ate guard 😂😂😂 anyway all charged to experience."

"Place are very clean/modern than other branch,but service need more improvement! Why I say that? Because I ask then how many times to clean and change the bedsheets but we are just waiting for nothing, The reception who sent my passport in my room I really appreciate it. The call confirmation in my room is amazing as well for safety. Thank you!"

"An honest review: The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again."

"We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward."

"I was expecting our room to face a very beautiful view of mountains and nature but turns out ti be a view of untrimmed grasses and the parking lot. Anyway, I appreciate the accomodation and the location since it is near the central business district."
