"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶 I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

"The premise is clean and secured with CCTVs They also have ready eating utensils. (Mugs, glass, plate, spoon and fork) A standard room is worth the price. With smart TV, connected to the floor's wifi. Rest rooms are cleaned which also comes with bidet and hot shower."

"Room is clean ..There is no hot water and bidet is not working properly and shower is also not working ..AC is better .Overall, it is ok clean and comfortable..Location is also good and parking is good with nice friendly and respectful staffs in the Lobby and Parking area.. "Being a private rental this was not this easiest to check into, the lady behind reception of the tower block wasn’t so helpful in assisting me with finding my apartment, but eventually all sorted. It was a fabulous view from the window of the bedroom, and overall the apartment was well equipped with everything you’d need for a few nights stay. 100% worth staying for the incredible lake view!"

"Kudos to the staff because they are all friendly and accommodating. The room was big enough to accommodate us (family room, 4 pax). The location is very ideal because it's just along the main road and near the public market and other establishments. Very affordable too, however, they need to do better on the room maintenance. Not sure if it's just the one we occupied - I noticed the pillow cases had stains as if they weren't changed. The bed cover that touches the ground had white marks like molds. The bathroom needed thorough cleaning - the bidet nozzle had yellow marks the tiles on the floor tiles needed thorough scrubbing. They're also still using old LCD TVs (no Netflix/Youtube) but the wifi connection was pretty stable."

"Upon entering the hotel, the lovely staffs greeted us and help us with our belongings and parking. From the lobby of the hotel to 2nd floor where our room is, the hotel is so mabango. Love the clean bed so much and they are generous for giving 4 pillows for us (2 each). The water pressure of shower in our room is quite weak but thats alright."

Because I ask then how many times to clean and change the bedsheets but we are just waiting for nothing, The reception who sent my passport in my room I really appreciate it. "An honest review: The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again."
