"As I noticed when I visited my friend my guest that I booked to stay in astrotel they had little complaint about the service rendered by the room attendant I don't know who are to be accountable for service as in so long delayed when it's delivered the guest request. in my case what I had also observed it's the same the guest will need always to remind the staff in the counter to follow up the request or the order and I need to asked always, ”how many hours to assist or deliver the guest request? Supposedly they will put a time frame for every guest request.I am suggesting to the manager to please instruct the counter staff to put in writing the guest request such as a check list to serve as a reminder for them to check if the request are already done or assisted, sometimes if the guest didn't remind the counter staff the request failed to deliver or already forgotten the results in part of the guest were annoying, irritating and disgusting feeling."

"During my visit, it just so happened that there was no one available to assist me or to guide me where the elevator was, nor to ask if I needed help with my things. I was allowed not to give a security deposit since they only accept cash or credit cards. My cash wasn’t enough, and I don’t use credit cards anymore. The room and balcony are really spacious. However, I could smell sewage coming from the bathroom as soon as I entered the room. The staff are nice and kind. They serve a decent breakfast—though the corned beef was extremely salty, the pudding was absolutely delicious! Their room service food portions are generous and reasonably priced. I just wish they provided bathrobes."

"first time trying this branch of sogo from Edsa Cubao and definitely did not disappoint us! me and my boyfriend already tried the Malate and Quirino branch and it has always been a good experience with them. • fast accommodation of the front desk, mabilis nila naayos agad yung room namin even if ang daming tao nung araw na yon. (we booked via online) • we also love the room na napunta samin, we were assigned sa 6th floor, because 1) very fast wifi like you can download a bunch of movies and it will not even lag im telling you lmao; 2) may netflix premium account (?) sa tv namin HAHA we were able to watch 3 movies and; 3) hot shower !! other rooms kasi from our past experiences with other branch walang hot water haha • malinis ang room & cr, wala namang odor or something smell ng cockroaches/smokes/fishy, just enough for a clean smell overall, we love this branch of sogo! we'll definitely try it again soon."

"Cons: This room feels like an old hotel. Several items in the room appear worn out. First, the utensils looks old; there are visible markings inside the mug and the water heater shows some sighs of rust. Second, the toilet and bidet are a little difficult to use. Lastly, the door is hard to open and close. Pros: The reception is welcoming. It also has a good ambience."

Customer service was acceptable but could be warmer, as the staff didn’t seem very welcoming. The room itself was decent, but the lighting was too dim, which made the space feel less cozy and inviting. Overall, an okay stay, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and ambiance would make the experience much better."
