Большой удобный холодильник  Минусы :  1. Нет пляжных полотенец - мы привозили свои  2. Слышимость : как будто все стены просто перегородки

I lived on the island for a few days. A few days ago, I was in other hotels by the beach. The humidity and darkness are very uncomfortable. Because it is convenient to take a boat the next day, I changed to this hotel near the dock and the main street on the last day. Its decoration style is simple and clean. The bedding is soft. There is a bad place. The seal is not very good. Someone in the next room is smoking on the balcony. The smell is uncomfortable. I also heard the next door quarreling. The soundproofing of the room is not good. Try to keep your voice as low as possible. Maybe I will choose to live in this area next time. It seems to be a relatively balanced choice on Samet Island.

The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright. The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

Останавливаемся в этой гостинице второй год. Расположена она очень удачно в самом центре пляжа возле пирса и парковки. Можно добраться сразу на катере, а если от парома на тук-туке, то надо смотреть, чтобы привезли в этот поворот, потому что часто привозят в первый поворот к другим гостиницам, а оттуда по песку с чемоданами далеко и неудобно. Эта дорога прямо в центре пляжа, они идет к зданию охраны заповедника. В прошлом году был новый ремонт, мебель не новая, но все работает. В прошлом году не было ТВ каналов, но был Youtube, в этом году не брали фильмы с собой, понадеялись, что посмотрим в Youtube, но он теперь не работает, только ТВ каналы на тайском, в основном новости и реклама. Хотя это странно, в гостинице жили только иностранцы, можно было хоть один канал на английском подключить или оставить Youtube. В гостинице всего 6 номеров, рядом массаж и ресторан соседней гостиницы. В отличие от соседних гостиниц в этой есть свои лежаки на пляже, очень удобно. Управляющий плохо говорит по-английски, но всегда очень дружелюбный и старается во всем помочь, проблем в коммуникации не было. В этом году стало намного больше туристов на пляже, стало много лодок и катеров, такого спокойствия и умиротворения как в прошлом году уже нет, но вода очень чистая, песок белоснежный, все еще похоже, что это заповедник.

The location was good. Pretty much in-between the pier and the beach. Bed was comfortable and the AC is great. There is a school very close that may get loud during school hours. Kids being loud and having fun doesn't bother me though. The front desk is not manned. No line/WhatsApp number to call. Reception closed at 5pm.

I got the double room deluxe , and it was pretty good .The bed was actually comfortable enough and the room is clean.Ac worked well .I looked around in other places and apparently the prices are in the same range in that beach for that kind of bungalow/room, but the good thing is this structure has a minimarket and a pretty good restaurant included (did not try the pizza though) .It s a really chill place , bathroom super basic but still ok for my standards at least. The staff is nice and helpful and you walk 20 meters from the room to the beach .It is literally there. So if you plan to stay in that beach it is definetely a good option and they have many room types to choose.

Сначала минусы (их много) - вас никто не ждет при заселении, ресепшена нет, надо звонить, а если нет тайской симки - просто сидеть и ждать на жаре - очень маленькая комната (6метров) из них 4 занимает каменная кровать. Места нет даже чемодан открыть, молчу про положить вещи - окна в коридор, никакого проветривания, ничего не сохнет, полотенца тухнут, в душе нет вентиляции и все в плесени (что опасно для здоровья) Теперь плюсы - расположение неплохое, пляж рядом - постельное белье было новое и в целом чисто - говорят уборка раз в два дня, но мне за три дня не предложили - водичку оставляют - милый котик , который постоянно спит на крыльце)

Saikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.

Удобное месторасположение. Очень влажно, если не включать кондиционер, но если включать на долго кондиционер, то становится холодно, так как стены из бетона. Есть дверь наподобие балконной, она открывается, но воздух не всегда хороший и чистый, так как идёт пар от кондиционера, от которого становится плохо и кружится голова, а так же появляется кашель. Обслуживание хорошее, всё чисто, в случае чего просто нужно позвонить по номеру телефона и попросить убрать номер. При заезде так же звонить и говорить что подошёл и готов к заселению. Можно посидеть на диванчике в холле и почитать книгу или на крыльце и покушать. Так же если интересно цены на острове дороже чем в городе и в севен элевен тоже добавляются пару бат к товарам. Трансфер удобный, можно попутешествовать без проблем по острову, везде доставят, есть так же моторбайки. Если будете маршрут сами пешком прокладывать, то есть семья из 20 собак, их кормят и они сыты, но пожалуйста будьте осторожны.

I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The resort is literally just steps away from the beach, with waves and sea breeze greeting you the moment you step outside. We stayed in a regular room this time, but next time I’m booking one of the beachfront rooms—imagine waking up, opening the door, and walking straight into the water for a morning swim. The breakfast was satisfying, and the restaurant’s food was absolutely delicious, the kind you’ll think about long after your trip. A week there felt far too short—I could have stayed forever.
