Welcome to Sutton place. We are a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house close to lake Powell, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, and the Grand Canyon located in Page Arizona. The house provides 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 rooms both with queen size beds and a kids room that has a full futon and twin bunk bed set. Our home is fully furnished with everything you will need to relax after the life changing experience that is northern Arizona. Don’t let our small quite town fool you! There is plenty to do once the sun goes down. Just a short walk from this house and you will land directly in the middle of all the action. We have an enormous private backyard with a gas or wood grill for your use. All of the town's amenities, including shopping, dining, and tours, are just a few short minutes away. We are located 5-10 minutes from Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. It's approximately 1-1/2 hours to Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. There is plenty of parking for a boat, RV, and/or cars. The home is equipped with everything you will need for an amazing getaway in our hidden oasis. This home is a few blocks from our Airport that offers great scenic flights of Rainbow bridge, horseshoe bend, Grand Canyon and monument valley. Antelope canyon is 10 minutes away as well as Horshoe bend. 10-15 minutes away from Wahweap Marina or Antelope Point Marina. Just a few blocks away from the one if the many entrances on our very own Rim View Trail that offers biking or hiking around the entire rim of Page. Only minutes away from shopping and restaurants.
