"Superior Two Queen Room is spacious - love the walk-in closet where we can put our luggages. Spotlessly clean except the carpet which looks a bit old and tired. Central location just opposite Railway Station. No microwave or bowls and plates inside the room, but there's a microwave that we can use on Level 1. Great service, they allowed us to check-in early as both our toddler & baby were sleeping when we arrived at 10am and our room was ready. They also allowed luggage storage after we checked out in the morning and wanted to explore the city for a few more hours. In the first night I did find one cockroach in the bathroom which quickly crawled away as I approached the sink, but no issue overall."

"The room itself was nice . However , the hotwater took ages to warm up, which was annoying and a waste of a lot of water each time. The location is on the main road into the city about 15 minutes north. We travelled through peak hour every day and it wasn't hard to get to and from the city. We also travelled to Hahndorf and the barossa Valley and found it easier enough as well."

"From the moment I arrived, Comfort Hotel Adelaide Meridien impressed me with its welcoming staff, spotless rooms, and unbeatable location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the balcony view of the motel was a real treat. Everything I needed was within walking distance – cafes, shops, and the vibrant East End. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Adelaide!"

"Great ground floor, parking at door family room for mum dad and 3 under 5 + Nanny & Poppy. Plenty of room for portacot in main bedroom and full kitchen  with added benefit of room service from Hotel (great menu) kids meals a hit! Only thing was at front of property so noisy from passers by being a Saturday night. Great location - walk to Marina, Beachhouse & Jetty Road. Now if the Watermark did Buffet breakfast as well - perfect!"

I have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels. When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡

The strategic advantage here is the onsite undercover parking ($22/night with a 2.1m clearance), which is a rare, friction-reducing asset in the city center. For those working in the West End or visiting the University of Adelaide’s Health Faculty, the logistics are seamless. The area's character is gritty but authentic. While the immediate hotel dining is unremarkable, the culinary upside is concentrated nearby. Specifically, Seoul Express on Hindley Street provides high-quality Korean fare that serves as a necessary antidote to standard hotel catering. Stay here for the operational efficiency; look elsewhere if you require aesthetic inspiration.

Location of the hotel is great, have supermarket and restaurant nearby with walking distance. I do enjoy the stay given the price of it, it's acceptable. However, 2 light bulbs not working in the room, we let the staff know, and the staff only say: sorry, I couldn't change the light bulb, maintenance staff is working tomorrow only. I do understand that, but, maybe he could go and check if there is any room available for us to be moved to instead of just leaving the room like that.

Friend and I booked for NYE. Great customer service! Check in 2-11pm & Check out by 10am. Key access required to enter, room & electricity. Have a shared balcony space and some rooms also have balconies!

Located in the north of Adelaide is a 3 minute drive from the botanical gardens and approximately 25 minute walk. It's got good parking and is easy to get to. Old building with lots of history.

Booking on Trip.com was smooth, although I paid up front and the hotel didn't realise this and emailed to ask me to make payment. Check-in staff were lovely, very helpful and courteous. The map with instructions to get to my room was a little hard to follow because the security door's keypad numbers were invisible in the afternoon sun until I pressed on the keypad. The single room was fine, basic but clean. I found the mattress very soft (prefer firm mattress), so my back was a bit sore. I had a great Bibimbap for dinner in the downstairs bistro and appreciated the 10% discount. There was some mechanical noise from a machine outside overnight so I didn't open the window for fresh air, though I normally would have. Great location by the sea and on Jetty Rd!

Location was fine for what we wanted, to be close to Gillman speedway. Pool was lovely. Spa was very slow on pumping bubbles & area around  pool could be cleaner but maybe there had been heavy rain. Didn’t use the food service.

Comfortable, air-conditioning worked well. Clean. Pretty basic no toaster. Rooms Ageing, mainly the bathroom. Convenient location reasonably priced. Main light didn't work. Felt secure. Grateful on ground level, no stairs.
