"We had 1 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had convenient location near the airport, not busy roads. There is a park close to hotel, so you can go for a walk, play disc golf or golf. Everything was clean in the region, comfortable bed, pillows. Big thanks for the coffee machine in the lobby, delicious fresh coffee! Breakfast was good, they had beans which tasted good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it."

"I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again."

"Nice, safe, clean place to stay at right at the heart of the city. Great staff, helped when i asked for an extra blanket.
Perfect water temperature to have morning shower.
Concerns: Install a door for people do their business privately in the toilet. Shocked to see a open toilet.
Room had a low lighting it made us difficult to move around in the bed area. Huge concern at night. Would have got injured at times.
Including dental kit at this price is a true value addition."

"Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep.
Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :(
If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception."

GGlazeBurada harika bir konaklama geçirdik; her şey konforlu ve iyi düşünülmüştü. Konumu çok uygun, TTC ile Union İstasyonu'na sadece 20 dakika uzaklıkta. En yakın durak olan Dovercourt Yolu üzerindeki Queen St West, sadece kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde, bu da şehirde dolaşmayı kolaylaştırıyor. Yürüyerek sadece iki dakika uzaklıkta, akşam 10'a kadar açık olan bir Shoppers Drug Mart var; günlük ihtiyaçlarımızı almak için çok kullanışlı. MMisafir KullanıcıWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

CCindyTsangAs I stayed in this hotel in the summer, most hotels were expensive. This was my first time staying in a two-star hotel. The room and the bathroom were very spacious, but I felt lonely at the same time. The shower tap was so high that if someone in a wheelchair needed to use the shower, it's not possible for the person to reach it. The breakfast offers limited choices. Have no idea why some reviews mentioned about delicious breakfast. The coffee and hot chocolate are available at the lobby all day. No laundry service. The matress was well supported. The main downside is engine of the air conditioning was installed in the room next to the window, so it got very noisy in the silent evening

BBokkie TruongA very comfortable stay in a spacious room with a lovely view from the 15th floor. Well equipped gym but the pool was closed for repairs. The TV had poor signal and despite reporting to reception, it was still not fixed when we checked out after 3 nights.
The metro station is around the corner for a 30minute ride into city centre. There is a shopping centre across the street with a huge supermarket and a good liquor store.

Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc.

JJade JoengI recently stayed at Samesun Toronto and overall had a positive experience. The location is excellent — right in downtown, close to public transit, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. It was especially convenient being able to walk to supermarkets, coffee shops, and nightlife spots without needing transportation.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk answered all my questions about local transportation and sightseeing. The common areas were cozy and social, and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers.
The room and bed were generally clean and comfortable. While the dorm rooms are a bit small, they are well-maintained and offer lockers big enough for most backpacks. The bathrooms were also kept tidy, though they can get busy during peak hours.
One of the highlights was the free breakfast — simple but appreciated. The kitchen area is also convenient for travelers who want to cook their own meals.
Overall, Samesun Toronto is a solid choice for budget travelers looking for an affordable, social, and well-located hostel in downtown Toronto. I would stay here again.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult.
Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.
