The reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.

Έμεινα στο hotel astoria για 4 μέρες και οι εντυπώσεις μου για το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικές! και οι 3 υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιον που γνωρίσαμε ήταν ευγενέστατοι και πάρα πολύ εξηπυρετικοί, απαντώντας σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις- απορίες μας για τη Γενεύη και τις μετακινήσεις μας! το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε τέσσερις τύπους από πρίζες, που μας διευκόλυνε να φορτίζουμε όλες τις ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές μας, χωρίς την προσθήκη adaptor! επίσης, η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό απέναντι και μια περιοχή που είχε συνέχεια κόσμο και ζωντάνια! Θα το προτιμήσω και την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθώ στη Γενεύη!

Tren istasyonuna 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelden çıktığınızda sola dönün ve on metre yürüyün. Bir dahaki sefere Cenevre'ye gelme fırsatı bulduğumda burada tekrar kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Super convenient location for an early flight. The shuttle bus is basically every 20 minutes and the hotel is also within walking distance from the airport.

The Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!

Oda tipi, konumu ve servisi çok iyi, merkez istasyona yaklaşık bir kilometre yürüme mesafesindedir ve göle yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Ancak oda olanakları çok eski, fiş doğru konumda değil, su kaynatırken ve aynı zamanda saç kurutma makinesini kullanırken oda takılıyor ve banyoda kendine özgü bir koku var. I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
