之前朋友推薦的，説這一家蠻好，屬於小清新的詫寂風，民宿在小河邊，位置比較高，大落地窗，可以看見整面山景，非常不錯。 公區裝修的很有舒適，小院也很精緻。 房間裏比較乾淨，衞生死角還特意看過，比較滿意。 在老闆娘這裏訂的餐都是農家風味，好吃不貴。 接待的小哥哥小姐姐還幫忙把行李拎上樓。 有一個可愛的小貓咪，小朋友很喜歡。

房間很乾凈整潔 而且有超級大落地窗 窗外是一大片竹林 非常治癒 温泉體驗也很好 頭頂上的燈好像一顆大月亮掛着 還有KTV和麻將桌 娛樂度也非常高 院子也很大 寵物友好 小狗也很幸福 老闆娘和民宿的家人們都很熱情很照顧人 非常幸福的一次旅行體驗了 推薦！！！

帶着狗狗來安吉玩雪，週中來的，人很少，空氣清新，挺安靜的。定的房間帶個小院子，這家是寵物友好，老闆態度很好！早飯也蠻好吃噠。去江南天池很近，附近還有瀑布咖啡星空營地，很適合兩天一夜的遊玩居住。唯一就是下山找好點的餐廳吃飯比較遠，開車要二三十分鐘，不過周邊也有麪館，建議來的朋友們多帶點零食和吃的！下次還會來！（準備帶好自熱火鍋哈哈

Love the relaxing + serenity stay here and hospitality shown by the owner and family. The owner is so helpful to give us a lift here and there since it is difficult to get a taxi(Didi) nearby. When we arrived, it’s considered late lunch time and she even help to call a restaurant nearby to wait for us as the restaurant would rest soon after the lunch hour. On the next day, we are grateful that they helped us to arrange a taxi to fetch us to Panda Theme Park in the morning. We booked here because of the nice view from the stay. Indeed, we can watch the beautiful view from our room. During the stay, we get to experience the bamboo handicraft making process. We missed the cherry season as the season is around Mac-Apr while we’ll here during Chinese New Year (Feb). Overall, all of us had a comfortable, feel at home stay and glad to know the lovely owner.

這次入住真的遠超預期！從走進民宿的那一刻起，就被温暖的老闆笑容包圍。最讓我感動的是幾個小細節： 1. 前台服務： 辦理入住時，老闆親自打開房間，介紹房間設施 2. 房間驚喜： 進到房間，發現窗外正是竹林景觀，白天夜晚兩種感覺和氛圍，簡直了！美得不像話。而且房間乾淨得發亮，床墊軟硬適中，一躺下旅途的疲憊就消散了一半。 3. 人性化關懷： 出門前老闆總是準備兩瓶水和即食筍。玩了一天回來，整理了房間，真的太暖了！ 一樓大堂下午茶，茶水，酸奶牛奶無限量供應。晚上還有篝火，烤玉米，太愜意了！ 這已經不僅僅是一次住宿，更像是一次被精心照料的旅程。強烈推薦給所有追求品質和温度的朋友，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

開了3個多小時的車，來到這家民宿——安吉之巔九畝雲町。民宿門口的平台就可以看到連綿羣山，像我們這種一直在城市裡生活的人，見慣了高樓大廈，立刻就被這羣山吸引住了。民宿的工作人員也很貼心，他們會主動幫忙拿行李、介紹攻略、煮晚安甜湯。夜晚有星空城市裡看不到這樣的景色。亡靈天災伊萊克斯有句：手握日月摘星辰，世間無我這般人！恰如其分！

We stayed over Chinese New Year - we have two young kids. It was great. Right in the bamboo forest. Trail right out of the back of the hotel. A nice shared kitchen and the owner is super friendly, even volunteering to drive us places because it was difficult to get cabs on the holiday. We look forward to coming back. Also Zhebei Grand Canyon is pretty nearby and definitely a great day out.

We had a group of 10 seniors so it was really really shocking to find out there were about 50 steps from the parking lot to the hotel entrance. The manager offered to help with the luggage as we arrive, but he tried to make an excuse not to do so when we left. The facility was really well maintained (fortunately as shown as the website), rooms were spacious and everything was kept tidy and organized. The breakfast included was quite good, but the set dinner at RMB120/pp almost doubled the price from places at the bottom of the mountain. Staff were all quite sweet, and very supportive when we asked for hot water or so. A quite pleasant experience!

第二次入住了，之前是20年疫情後的3月份來過，體驗感超好，房間有地暖，智能馬桶，衞生間三分離，衞生做得很好，周圍環境超棒，很安靜，這次是避暑來的，山裡麪好涼快，晚上坐在酒店前面的休息平台聊天看星星，超舒服，餐廳飯菜好吃，特別推薦他們家的紅燒排骨，連吃二頓，和管家微信點菜，做好了通知我們去吃，棋牌室也是暢打，就是不能太晚，8點就通知我們結束了

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
