This is one great place to stay at. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She went beyond what was needed to make her guests feel welcome, comfortable and settled. She was really helpful because even after I have checked out of the hotel, she tried her utmost to help me with a courier package which I was having trouble to get delivered to my destination. The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The best part is that it is located right in the middle of a food street within the small town. There was basically no shortage of choices for local food. The hotel also offers free ferry service to pick me up at the train station and it also provides a free sauna service that is located in another venue. All in all, the service was superb and I definitely enjoyed staying in this hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel sometime soon.

When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

An Exceptional Stay of Warmth and Hospitality My stay here was, in a word, amazing. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every aspect was defined by a level of personal care and hospitality that truly sets this place apart.The beautiful, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop. Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

酒店很新，就愛住新的，門頭很大。房間比照片看着還寬敞，房間非常新且乾淨無異味，智能馬桶，淋浴水很大，温度調節靈敏，暖氣很得勁。服務超級好，事事有迴應，件件有着落!就像是專職管家，從還沒來一路照顧到走。出行景區遊玩酒店都有安排車輛接送，接送站也很貼心，還可以幫忙推薦遊玩，價格很實惠，比自己網上購票便宜。離景區超級近200m，背面就是小吃街，對面是萬達酒店。

設施：酒店除了舊點，其實都還挺不錯的。以前應該是很不錯的酒店。可惜沒有洗衣房。 環境：很大的空間，房間也很大。但是很乾凈。洗澡挺舒服的。 服務：所有人的服務都挺好的，不管是前台還是打掃衞生的阿姨，還是樓下做早餐的大哥。 可惜，等了兩天還是沒有等到長白山開放。

โรงแรมอยู่ที่หัวมุมทางเข้า street food เจ้าของเป็นคุณน้าผู้หญิงดููแลเป็นอย่างดี แต่คุณน้าสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ พูดได้แต่ภาษาจีน จำเป็นต้องใช้การแปลภาษา บางทีคุณน้าไม่รอจังหว่ะให้เรากดคุยแปลในภาษาก่อน ก็จะไม่รู้เรื่อง ต้องบอกให้พูดอีกที สามารถใช้ wechat (หาเบอร์โรงแรมจาก amap) นัดให้โรงแรมมารับที่สนามบินได้ มีค่าใช้จ่าย 70 หยวน โรงแรมสะอาด ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นผ้าขนหนูซักใหม่สะอาดให้ทุกวัน มีรองเท้าแตะ สบู่ แชมพู แปรงสีฟันครบ น้ำดื่มวันละ 2 ขวด ห้องแอร์แยกคุมได้เอง ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ มีลิฟท์ สามารถนัดให้โรงแรมพาไปล่องแก่ง หรือพาไปลานสกี (มีลานสกีชื่อ Xiaohe เป็นลานเล็กๆ มี magic carpet เหมาะสำหรับคนไม่เป็นเลยมาเริ่มฝึกที่นี่ได้ คนไม่เยอะ ราคาไม่แพง มีครูสอนให้จ้างเพิ่มได้) รอบๆมีร้านอาหารเยอะ มีsupermarket ใกล้ๆเดินถึง ชื่อโรงแรมภาษาอังกฤษจะสะกดหลากหลาย แต่ถ้าอ่านออกเสียงได้ว่า ”วอ” ขึ้นต้นก็คือใช่

小木屋的房子，特別好看，正好趕上大雪，樓下全部都是積雪！ 步行到西坡集散中心10分鐘，雖然周圍吃的不多，但是叫外賣特別方便，什麼都有！！！ 房間很大，一室一廳，很寬敞。

It was a good stay! We got a free upgrade to a bigger cottage. The front desk staff seemed to be cold at first but he actually was super nice and helped us to find a very reliable driver for the rest of our trip. 另外想感谢李胜兰和张凤兰，退房的时候我以为要顾的行李太多了所以把我的包包不小心留在房间里。幸好工作人员们及时给我打电话让我回去拿，不然我连证件都没有了！
