Everything was very old and I booked a non-smoking room on purpose, but they gave me a smoking room and the only answer was: you don’t need to smoke. I would not stay here again. Maybe the main hotel is nicer but I do not understand, why they have the other rooms as they are quite bad and give the hotel a bad reputation"

"這個不算是酒店了，是一個民宿，裝飾的很有感覺，比較走心了。
1️⃣前台、清潔人員 包括旁邊的餐廳裏的工作人員都很熱情友好。
2️⃣民宿包括整體設計還不錯，和周圍的酒店/民宿比起來 看上去還算挺新的，美美的，怎樣拍照都出片，很適合情侶 新婚夫婦 朋友一同來。
3️⃣屋內設施都挺好，比較乾淨，我們住的屋子小度幾乎控制一切，還有個小院子，有小泳池，很美。
4️⃣有洗衣房 可以烘乾，很方便。
5️⃣包含的四種早餐都有嘗試，都還不錯，強烈推薦海鮮米粉，湯很鮮。餐廳就在旁邊，餐廳內裝飾都很美，很有氛圍。
6️⃣我們自己去買了海鮮，餐廳的廚師幫忙加工，贊一下廚師的廚藝，而且人還很好，幫忙推薦怎樣做法比較好吃，哈哈哈哈，加工費不貴。
7️⃣前台小哥哥小姐姐還會幫忙提行李送到出租車上，感動，因為我們的行李箱真的太重了😅😅😅
📢講真這個民宿值得二刷，哈哈哈，下次來北海還要來住，希望保持並繼續加油。大家可以參考隨手照。無廣，純推薦，遇到好的住宿就會寫一寫推薦理由。我們定的時候裏麪包含早餐、飲品、小禮品、拍照啥的，還挺多周邊產品的，但拍照沒用。等大家體驗後的反饋了。"

DDandanfuyun半個多月前就在網上尋尋覓覓了好幾天，最後確定潿洲島之旅住宿地為雲宿，最看重的就是雲宿房間和所有用品都非常乾淨衞生，還有預訂的房間在床上就能看到大海。入住後發現確實乾淨衞生，對此次廣西之旅入住不同民宿遭遇到的各種檔次的衞生條件多少有點擔心的我，終於在入住雲宿的當晚睡了一個好覺👍👍👍還有，1號我查閲了天氣預報，顯示10—12號連續陰雨，心裏非常緊張，趕緊聯繫老闆娘想更改行程。老闆娘説你不用擔心，島嶼的天會陰一陣晴一陣，不會一直陰雨連綿，秉着相信專業的人做專業的事的原則，選擇相信了老闆娘，果然，進島的下午，天氣開始放晴，如願觀賞到了美麗的藍天碧海和鱷魚山地址風貌，日落時分在滴水丹屏欣賞了日落🌅，晚上還欣賞了遊客自發的煙火🎇秀。進島之前就請老闆娘幫忙推薦了追鯨之旅，老闆娘推薦了第二天下午五點的航班，也是運氣好，陰冷了一上午的天氣，下午又開始放晴了，下午在陽台上躺着享受近在咫尺的海景時，竟然被熱得趕回了房間😁😁😁下午四點多坐上老闆娘聯繫好的車子去南灣浪街坐遊艇追鯨，看到兩次🐋張嘴和多次噴水，第二日潿洲島之旅圓滿落幕。第三日上午準備前往五彩海灘，五點多看了一下天氣覺得看到日出的可能性不大，於是繼續睡覺到自然醒，慢節奏地起床洗漱，然後出發去五彩灘，幸運之神再次眷顧，我們到達五彩海灘時，天晴了😁😁😁拍了一堆照片，無人機也飛了一次又一次，為第三日的潿洲島之旅劃上了圓滿的句號😁😁😁回到酒店，跟老闆娘聊天，説起這次入住雲宿和潿洲島之旅，得出一個重要結論 那就是聽老闆娘的沒錯！！！😁😁😁對於講究入住品質的朋友們，雲宿是個好選擇，不僅離海近、衞生有保障，老闆娘還特別專業真誠，值得點贊👍👍👍已推薦給有需求的朋友☺️☺️☺️

特地找了一個比較安靜的地方
建築還特別漂亮的地方，他們家的建築特別好看，還有小院子 也很安靜，而且還有泳池就特別吸引我
如果你是愛拍照的 ，還有帶小朋友的家庭來住這裏就特別好
房間特別大，很乾凈，所以住一家人完全沒有問題
還有晾衣服的地方還專門提供有拖鞋，還有電梯
沐浴露都是小瓶裝的 酒店，有的他這裏都有
服務還挺好，走的時候還有冰箱貼贈送，就不用去買了
去銀灘也很近，去僑港吃美食也很近，特別便利的一個地方

BBubbleChimpCute little homestay run by very attentive hosts. There’s a small pool and during Chinese holidays it’s best for families with young children. Host speaks some English, is very helpful and friendly and will communicate with you on wechat.
Some issues were lack of WiFi, some bed bites although everything looked very clean and the walk to silver beach which although less than 10min, in Aug ’23 wasn’t very pleasant because of construction and large puddles in the alleyways. The breakfast was a nice taste of local specialties but could include some healthier items like vegetables or yoghurt to set you up for the day (chinese breakfasts usually include boiled sweet potatoes, corn and green veg) as it was a lot of rice wraps, dough and jelly cakes. A major plus is the use of the washing machine and dryer which most hotels don't offer.

The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

MMisafir KullanıcıGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

MM40526****因為帶着小孩，所以都是選看起來比較乾淨衞生的，酒店真的很乾凈廁所也是看起來很乾凈，房間沒有多餘的裝飾，很整潔，也沒有異味，樓下的泳池也蠻好的，有遮陰，早餐雖然比較簡單但是應該是店主弄的也很清爽，唯一不足的就是對於我們人多的來説曬衣服的位置不夠，其他都挺好的！！！

MMisafir KullanıcıExcellent service - the hotel staff organised a pickup from the pier for us, provided information about a natural phenomenon that was happening on the island while we were there (blue plankton蓝眼泪 or ”blue tears”).
The location is perfect, very close to the beach and away from crowds. There is a lovely man living in front of the hotel and renting scooters. You can rent one from him and explore the island.
The only drawback is the walls are very thin and you can hear people outdoors and in the corridor. Also, the smell in the room is a bit musty.

1.我們是國慶來廣西旅行，去了廣西很多地方，在準備回家之前刷到北海有颱風，想着去趕一下海，所以半路趕到北海。由於臨時去到一個不熟悉完全沒有做攻略的城市，慌忙的在幾個軟件上挑選酒店，然而映入眼簾的全是民宿全是差評很多的公寓，然後最後懶得挑選了就看到頁面有這家酒店，評分沒有多高，但是還是訂了。
2.辦理入住後，先看的房間，住的5015，由於到達當天是陰雨天氣，窗外的景色沒有多好看，從窗台望下去下一層陽台也被颱風吹垮，當天我們這個房間房卡在維修，出門回來衹能跟前台説一聲前台給開門，但好在每次來開門的人速度夠快，沒有造成我們的不便
3.第二天睡醒，窗外的海變成了漸變海，非常美！視野也特別廣，下樓覓食也發現樓下對面就有很多吃的，是老城。
4.至於差評那些説的房間小，房間確實不大，但乾淨，麻雀雖小五臟俱全的感覺，晚上趕海褲子濕了回酒店洗褲子，陽台上還放了晾衣架，比那些民宿公寓雖然大但是臟亂差還圖片與實物不符來的好。並且就沖窗外這個景色，真的很值。
第一次自駕來北海，城市不大點，但體驗感特別好，有一半來源於這個酒店，因為當時來的第二天天氣預報是陰天的，所以一直沒抱希望能看見漂亮海，結果睡到自然醒一睜眼就看見了窗外的海，一秒鐘被美到清醒。而且這個酒店價格真的算便宜了。感覺一切都很值。
