酒店靠近產業園區，地理位置很方便，周邊比較熱鬧，旁邊就是麥當勞。房間很新，佈局舒適，早餐很好，點心很多，居然有黃米糕，第一次酒店早餐吃到這種點心，驚喜，下次來還住全季。

在網上搜了半天的酒店，最後選擇了這家全季硬件設施特別好大廳迎客松很氣派，還有很香的精油香味非常好聞。商務區也很大。前台有很多桌子可以休息，還有書可以觀看，房間面積大衞生也很好，很温馨，前台服務熱情有禮貌，住的很舒心很滿意，非常推薦大家來這入住。

Aynı anda üç oda ayırttım ve annemi, babamı, kayınvalidemi ve çocuklarımı Pekin Yaban Hayatı Parkı'na götürdüm. Burada kalmak çok uygundu. Ev fiyatları da Pekin Yaban Hayatı Parkı'na yakın olanlardan daha ucuzdu. İlçenin merkezinde yemek yiyebileceğiniz, içebileceğiniz ve oyun oynayabileceğiniz olgun tesisler bulunmaktadır. Çift kişilik yataklı odalar tavandan tabana geniş pencerelere sahiptir. Fiyat-performans oranı yüksektir. All Seasons ve diğer otellere göre çok daha iyi. İleride konaklayacağınız otellerde bu markayı tercih edebilirsiniz.

一次難忘的酒店入住體驗：細節之處見真章 旅行在外，酒店就是臨時的家，其環境與服務的好壞直接影響着旅行的心情與質量。前段時間，因為一次旅行，我入住了一家名為[酒店名稱]的酒店，這次入住經歷就像一面鏡子，清晰地映照出酒店服務的諸多方面，讓我有了許多深刻的感悟。 初到酒店，外觀現代且富有設計感，大門寬敞氣派，給人一種大氣的感覺。走進大堂，映入眼簾的是明亮通透的空間，裝修精緻而不失格調。前台工作人員面帶微笑，熱情地迎接每一位客人，辦理入住手續時，他們動作熟練且高效，還貼心地為我介紹了酒店的設施與周邊環境。那一刻，我心裏湧起一股温暖，對接下來的入住充滿了期待。 進入房間，温馨舒適的氛圍撲面而來。房間佈局合理，床品柔軟乾淨，給人一種温馨又安心的感覺，讓奔波一天的疲憊瞬間消散了不少。衞生間的設施也很齊全，洗漱用品的質量上乘，洗浴時熱水供應穩定，水流大小適中，讓人感覺十分愜意。然而，在入住過程中，也出現了一些小插曲。有一天晚上，我發現房間的空調製冷效果不太好，温度降不下來，影響了睡眠質量。第二天一早，我將問題反饋給了前台。工作人員立刻表示會馬上安排維修人員過來檢查。不到半小時，維修人員就敲響了房門，他們態度謙和，檢查過程細緻認真。經過一番調試，空調終於恢復了正常運轉。他們還對給我帶來的不便表示歉意，並承諾會進一步檢查，確保類似問題不再發生。這件事雖然衹是入住過程中的一個小波折，但酒店處理問題的速度和態度讓我對他們的服務更加讚賞。 除了房間的硬件設施和問題處理能力，酒店的餐飲服務也給我留下了深刻的印象。酒店的餐廳環境優雅，菜品豐富多樣，既有當地特色美食，也有一些常見的家常菜。早餐的種類十分豐富，麪包、蛋糕、水果、粥等一應俱全，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。餐廳工作人員服務周到，及時為客人添茶倒水，收拾餐具，讓人用餐時心情愉悦。 這次入住酒店的經歷，讓我對酒店服務有了更深刻的認識。一家好的酒店，不僅要有舒適的硬件設施，更要有優質的服務。優質的服務體現在每一個細節之中，從客人踏入酒店的那一刻起，每一位工作人員的微笑、每一次貼心的問候、每一個問題的妥善解決，都構成了酒店服務的一部分。這就如同我們在生活中對待他人一樣，注重細節，多為他人考慮，才能讓別人感受到真誠與關懷。 對於酒店來説，細節就是競爭力。一個小小的空調故障，如果處理不及時或態度不好，可能就會讓客人的滿意度大打折扣。但如果能像這家酒店一樣，迅速響應並解決問題，反而能贏得客人的信任與好評。在未來的生活中，我也會將這次入住酒店的感悟運用到自己的待人接物中，注重細節，用心去關心他人，為他人提供力所能及的幫助。同時，我也希望更多的酒店能夠重視服務細節，不斷提升服務質量，為客人創造更加美好的入住體驗。這次入住酒店的經歷，就像一本生動的教科書，教會我在生活中要注重細節，用心服務他人，因為衹有這樣，才能收穫更多的温暖與美好。

The hotel is clean and new. Service was good except that there are no non-smoking rooms. The room given it was filled with smoke smell & I requested a change which was provided the next day. Overall, it is still one of the better hotel in the area

By the way, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is large and the environment is very good, especially the front desk service is super super super good!!!! YoYO check-in is fast, the room is fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable, which is very good!

房間很大，雖然很多年了但是可以看出都是最近又新裝修的，前台和打掃衞生的阿姨服務都很好，希望繼續保持下次來還會住的

Nice clean room. Staff were super helpful and friendly. In-room facilities may not be brand new but are nevertheless well-maintained. The street is lined with restaurants, and there are a few supermarkets nearby. This is not a bad place for a short few day's stay.

The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
