เข้าพัก 31/12/2025 เข้าพักจริง รีวิวจริงจากคนใช้บริการ ห้องพักคือดีมากๆๆๆๆ ตรงปกสุดๆ ห้องสะอาด ใหม่ กว้างขวางไม่อึดอัด ห้องอุ่น วิวริมแม่น้ำ ชั้นสาม เตียงนุ่ม ผ้าห่มนุ่มอุ่น ห้องน้ำสะอาด น้ำอุ่นไม่อั้น มีตู้เสื้อผ้า ไม้แขวนพร้อม ชั้นวางของ คือเกินความคาดหมายมาก โลเคชั่นเริ่ดมาก ใกล้ทางเข้าด้านหน้า ไม่ไกลท้ายหมู่บ้าน เดินออกมานิดเดียวถึงถนนตรงกลางหมู่บ้าน ออกมาเดินเที่ยวจุดละ 1-2 ชั่วโมงหนาวก็เดินกลับห้อง สักพักก็ออหมาใหม่ ใกล้จุดเดินเที่ยวทุกจุดในหมู่บ้าน เจ้าของใจดีมาก แม่บ้านใจดีมาก เห็นเราไปเป็นครอบครัวเพิ่มผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ เพิ่มทิชชู ให้โดยไม่ต้องร้องขอ และบอกเตือนเวลาเราใส่เสื้อผ้าน้อยชั้น ก็จะบอกว่าใส่เพิ่มอีกหน่อยข้างนอกหนาวมากนะ มีความเป็นห่วงไปอีก ตอนก่อนกลับ เจ้าของรู้ว่าต้องนั่งรถเข้าเมืองฮาร์บิน เดินมาถามว่า เอาน้ำไปดื่มบนรถไหม ให้ฟรีมาด้วยใจดีสุด เป็นห้องพักที่ดีที่สุดของทริปนี้ ราคาเกือบ 10 ใบเทา แต่พักสบายมาก คนไทยใครหาที่พักแนะนำที่นี่ไม่ผิดหวังคะ

Although the room is small but hotel staff is very kind to auto upgrade our room, hotel food is delicious especially fishball soup and cabbage. It will be better if hotel waive off the entrance fee for hotel guest as we still need to pay additional fee which is so expensive to go in to xuexiang even with booked hotel room. Transportation to this place is really not easy with big luggage.

Location is very near to the xuexiang's bus area (which is also the clubbing area HAHA) It's at the end of the town so you just gotta walk down and then back up again to explore xx! Staff were very helpful! Our room is at the third floor and they helped us bring them up :'＞ (reception is level 2!) We gotta share toilet and bathrooms and they were clean!! They also provided shamooo conditioner and body wash Room has indoor adjustable floor heating to your liking so it's very comfortable in -30 degrees Breakfast was simple but good! It's Chinese style w porridge / potato / veggies etc

The hotel is clean and spacious, making the stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. The breakfast food is nice and enjoyable. Although it’s slightly far from town, the area is quiet and peaceful, and it’s still within walking distance. A great place to stay if you prefer comfort and a calm environment.

Hotel is new and clean as per the trip.com photos, but very poor value at almost $1000 AUD a night (admittedly it was NYE). While new, the quality of the building and amenities is poor, with the TV not even plugged in with no power socket to plug it into even if you wanted to use it (you have to ask for an extension cable...). The bathroom is similar to the local style with the shower and toilet not separated, there is literally a power point right next to the shower. The ladies who clean and service the rooms are very nice and friendly though. It is also located on the 'far end' from the main entrance and so it is a bit of a trek to the bus stop etc.

The hotel is nice and located a few minutes away from jingbo lake scenic spot. We want to express our gratitude to the owner who has upgraded our room to the ground floor from the 1st floor. We were concerned about navigating the stairs with our heavy luggage, and it was such a relief to have a room that was easily accessible. Your kindness and understanding really enhanced our stay. Thank you!

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

身為東北人，也頭一次到雪鄉，住的酒店環境真的是很不錯，床上用品很乾凈也很舒服，一點也不硬，比想象中的柔軟。酒店老闆很貼心，贈送了小零食，還有小時候吃的凍梨，起床就看到窗外的雪景，很美。退房的時候還為我們免費送行禮，天氣很冷，貼心的服務讓我們心裏熱乎乎的，真心推薦，值得體驗。

The view from the capsule room is truly captivating, overlooking snow-covered hills and forests. I was particularly impressed with the heated flooring, which provided excellent comfort. The floor plan is well-organized and compact, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The service was also outstanding; fresh fruits were served in the evening, and a buffet breakfast was provided. However, there are two areas that could be improved. First, the hotel did not respond to my messages via Trip.com when I tried to contact them prior to arrival regarding transportation and the hotel’s location. Second, there should be usable clothes hangers in the bathroom for added convenience.
