Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The best affordable hotel to stay at when visiting Disney. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese, but fresh and tasty. Our daughter loved the rabbits in the garden. They offer a shuttle service to and from Disney and you can hire a big stroller from the hotel. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Our family stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect close to Middle Huaihai Road station, and we enjoyed taking a pleasant stroll over to West Nanjing Road. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room features were top-notch, including individual air conditioning control and an automatic smart toilet. While there is no formal breakfast, they provide complimentary tea, coffee, popcorn, and soda, which was a lovely touch. The staff is truly the highlight of this place. They went above and beyond to help us with everything. A special shout-out to the young lady working the night shift she was incredible! She helped me order diapers and navigated the process until it was successful, using a translator to communicate with me throughout. I was so touched by her dedication. Some staff members also speak English, which made our stay much easier. Inside the room, the TV had great channels that kept my daughter entertained with cartoons, and the sound system was absolutely superb one of the best I’ve experienced. We definitely made the right choice staying here. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return. Trust me, you will love it here!

My family have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years but we will not be staying here again. The biggest issue is that there is no wifi connection in communal areas or in own rooms. The staff tried a little to help us but blamed it on foreign phones - even though the phones were bought in China and used a Chinese version in WeChat and had Chinese SIM cards. There is also construction next to the hotel which can be heard every morning. We were supposed to stay for another week but were so frustrated that we cancelled the booking and went to another hotel. Such a shame.

The hotel is located near a hospital and a Lawson is located just 2 shops away. The place is surrounded by eateries. It’s about a 10minute drive to Shanghai Railway station. Rooms are spacious for the price with basic necessities provided. Non-smoking rooms are available but the smell of cigarettes is still evident within the vicinity. They provided free laundry services, make sure to get the detergent from the receptionist. Overall value for price stay.

Very grateful for the services that the hotel has provided us. All the workers are very friendly, the cleaning people and especially the receptionists. My partner was sick from the trip from Spain and they have given us a temporary room before entering ours so that he could rest before the scheduled check-in time. They have helped us at all times. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

The room spacious and the hotel staff were very helpful! They allocated 2 diff room type at the same floor,so that its convenient for us as a family to go in and out of the hotel! Thank you for being so considerate! The breakfast options were better than we expected too! They provided tang yuan for the winter solstice too! The location was perfect as its very near to metro 5min away and walking distance about 8mins to The Bund.

Stayed for New Years with a friend. Nice hotel in the perfect location to hit all the Shanghai tourist hotspots. Located within a mall on the 7th floor and just a minute walk (but longer elevator ride wait) from several metro exits. Room was not cold in winter, although stuffy when you first walk in, after turning the fan on for a couple of minutes as the air circulates it's quite comfortable. Hot water pressure for the shower was abysmal, but might've just been our room. Would also have appreciated hanging hooks inside/outside the shower stall. Didn't like the windows facing inside, but it was as advertised. Room felt a little tight to open two midsize luggages. Breakfast was varied and great, especially the noodles made fresh to order. Enjoyed seeing the 百联ZX art display screen right across from the hotel! Overall, clean room and helpful staff. Location, and especially price for this location, can't be beat.

The hotel was very convenient because it was right outside Exit 5 of Yuyuan Garden Station. It was close to major tourist attractions, so moving around was easy. The room size was good for a solo traveler. On the last day of my trip, it rained, but the staff lent me an umbrella. Thanks to that, I could continue my trip without getting wet. However, there was no refrigerator and no window Also, the room was hot, and I couldn’t control the heating. the air conditioner remote and the TV remote did not work
