I rate the hotel in terms of price and quality. Considering the fairly low cost of renting a hotel room, I rate the stay quite highly. The hotel itself is located quite close to the center, within walking distance of shops, the metro, and some of the main attractions of the city of Xi'an. I would like to separately highlight the cleaning of the rooms, which conscientiously performed their duties every day. I previously had the experience of renting a hotel in Turkey in the city of Antalya, and they cleaned there only when they apparently wanted to. I could hang a sign saying do not disturb, but the staff still came in. Here, cleaning was done every day for a week and only on request (sign) or when we were not in the room, even when we forgot to hang it. Special thanks to the administrative staff at the reception, who helped in every possible way in solving problems. Of the minuses, I will note the following: - for us it was a surprise that there was no refrigerator and safe in the room. I consider this a minus that needs to be improved. - when booking, it was indicated that a razor was included. It was not. - Terrible elevator logistics. This point urgently needs to be improved! You enter the hotel on the first floor, enter the elevator. To go up to the 5th floor, you first need to go up to the second, there go along the corridor to another elevator. On the fifth floor there are 2 elevators that come as they want. In fact, there is one main elevator - the right one, or the left elevator can come, which does not have an exit to the second floor. The constant struggle with these elevators took at least 10 minutes. Because the elevator that was needed stubbornly did not want to come. - One of the advantages is free washing and drying of clothes. But immediately a big minus. The laundry is on the second floor of the hotel. There is one washing machine for the entire department, as well as a machine for drying clothes. Considering the hot weather in the city of Xi'an, people wash there constantly and the queues for washing and drying are huge. Install at least one more machine. This will significantly simplify the life of hotel customers and raise your rating.

連住四天，雖然沒有任何一天享受到升房和早餐，但是地理位置真的不錯，離鐘樓地鐵站入口就五分鐘腳程。住的過程中有點小問題，但是前台特別給力，十分鐘就給我們處理好了，並且贈送了一個相框和冰箱貼安撫客户情緒。新酒店但是沒有明顯的裝修氣味，可以放心入住～

The facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite.

酒店服務很好，前台服務小哥很有禮貌，工作人員觀察到住客有需要會主動提供幫助。位置就在城牆根下，交通比較方便，窗外安靜風景好。房間衞生打掃得很乾凈。 最近臨近新年，早早就貼上窗花春聯了，很有氛圍感，房間佈置審美不錯。早餐好吃，餐廳在五樓，邊吃可邊眺望主城區風景，很美。

The hotel staff are amazing and very welcoming and kind and helpful. I arrived at midnight around 3:30 but still a beautiful girl was communicating with me until I didn't arrive and she helped me out to get in my room and she provided an upgraded room. Room service is quite good with almost all amenities. The location is amazing around the hotel there are two super big malls and there are several shops and street food to enjoy. Easy to get everything including the transport facility. I enjoyed a lot in my 5 days staying in this hotel and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are planning to travel in Xi'an. I would be glad to come back again during the December break. Thanks!

After checking in, I received carefully prepared tea and refreshments. Since it is located in a complex commercial building, the air in the room feels a little uncomfortable when you enter. But after opening the window, it was purified soon. It seems that the accommodation paid a lot of attention to the ventilation system. The bedding was very soft, so I could sleep well. It's a little far away, but ”more” is within walking distance.

DESCRIPTION Quaint hotel which is actually in an apartment building where several floors have been converted into a hotel. Very modern and artistic deco, owner clearly put a lot of time and thought into the design. LOCATION About 1.5km from Nanmen, walking distance to certain popular food areas like Xiaonanmen and Zhongmao Plaza. Short cab ride to all the major attractions. It isnt exactly in the heart of Xi'an but still reasonably well located. ROOM We basically had a two room apartment with a loving room.and two toilets. As with the rest of the hotel, very well renovated and stylishly furnished. Great for families which need multiple rooms and a common area. The beds and pillows were the best during our trip to China, we all slept fantastically well there. AMENITIES There is a small gym but the highlight is the 'cat room' which is literally a room full of cats, kittens and feline toys. The cats were very clean and very posh looking! Kids had a blast playing with the cats. SERVICE The best part of Hesu is the staff. Whilw they dont speak much English, they were super helpful and friendly. They even have a WeChat account for guests to ping them for help. CONCLUSION Very cool hotel, highly recommended for families visiting Xi'an.

Located just inside the city wall's wall gate and directly in front of hotel bus stops and metro very nearby. The city's bell tower is about 15-30 mins walk straight down the road. The drum tower and muslim quarter are a few hundred metres to the left of the bell tower from the direction of the hotel. Eateries are all over the place. The tour company, i used, came to the hotel to pick up and drop off. The room is spacious , brightly lit equipped with an air purifier and hot and cold water dispenser. Curtains, lighting, ventilation may be voice controlled via a Chinese system (Mandarin voice input). All can be operated manually via traditional switches. Shower water pressure is good.

Joke Inn's location is phenomenal - right in the heart of Xi'an with the Centre Art & Culture right on the Shuyuanmen Walking Lane behind, Beilin Museum a stone's throw away and the YongNing Entrance to the Xi'an Wall right in front of the museum! Location aside, the different room configurations are really charming - adding to the joy of living amidst Chinese Heritage buildings. The Heating is superb for winter too. Our family of 4 (2 teens) have been enjoying the comfort of our room, spending family time together in the room rather than simply zipping in and out of the typical standard hotels - if getting 2 queen beds is even possible these days. Spending a day in doesn't feel wasted! The service staff here are warm, helpful and more like family friends than service staff. We are returning to Joke Inn the next time we're in Xi'an... And will recommend Joke Inn to families wanting to travel in comfort. Thank you!!

地理位置離火車站很近，也就幾百米，酒店在大明宮宴的內部，酒店門前有着一路的紅色氛圍燈，建議夜晚入住。房內設施和攜程界面描述完全一致，解構風裝修尤為獨特，內部設施的觀賞性很好，早起陽光明媚，拉開窗簾可以看見近在咫尺的火車軌道，還有列車上的人們的笑臉。當然夜晚還可以伴着列車駛過的聲音入睡，推薦睡眠質量好且喜歡火車高鐵風景的朋友來入住。
