We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly and could speak English, and the food at the hotel was amazing. This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

Firstly, we dealt with three (3)) staff during our stay and found their work culture to be very personalized, helpful, very attentive, sincere, genuine and caring. This is my first holiday trip to Yangshou city and we are totally new as a foreign tourist. The staff at Day Dream Hotel especially abc ...All of them are very helpful and have an excellent positive attitude like the Ritz Carlton Hotel service standard. Some of the key services accorded to us are: guiding us specifically how to use the local navigation map, a logical schedule and time table of top attractive places and timing to visit for each of the attractions and suggestions on excellent food places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, great performance show recommendations, flexibility in allowing us to use their EV bikes for our convenience. One evening it was raining. So we decided to order a taxi to send us to the restaurant. But the receptionist was very concerned and she herself stopped is from doing that because we will get wet in the rain when we arrive at the restaurant since the location don't have a proper shelter when we alight at the restaurant. So she is a very good caring , thinking, and prudent risk management person for our safety and well-being too. Every time we return to the hotel after our outings, they will warmly welcome us back like a family member or welcome us home. I felt very at home like a home far away from home. Day Dream Hotel is very clean and most of all I enjoyed their simple ESG philosophy. They maintained a beautiful garden that is very relaxing for sipping wine or a chilled beer. The hotel offers anything you need to have good days in Yangshuo. The street is quiet, and the town center is less than 5 minutes away walking. On the next door there’s a great restaurant, Lan’s kebab & burger. I rented motorbikes at the same hotel. They offer free fruit and snacks every afternoon, which is great if you have kids (they do their afternoon snack).

I had a very good stay here. - the view is amazing. - staff is super kind. I could arrange local travels through the reception here. Good service and pricing. - Didi availability is good. They come quickly. - very close to a rafting place. - a small convenience store nearby - many local restaurants nearby. We tried one of them and had good meals. Highly recommend!

We were seeking a peaceful getaway from the city for a few days in the mountains of Yangshuo, and this place really lived up to its name! The view from our balcony was spectacular, no photo can really capture how the lush green mountains rise up all around you! Our room was so clean and open and spacious, with lots of drawers and cabinets and places to hang your things. The bed linens were silky soft and comfortable, and the towels are nice, too. Our room was really so comfortable, that when it was raining we just lazed about in our room, napping on the daybed, watching movies on the big TV, or reading in the bath. Speaking of the bath, honestly the most epic view from a tub that I have ever experienced! When it was too hot and humid in the day, we lounged in the crystal blue pool- what a treat to swim in the cool water with the mountains all around you! When we felt like exploring beyond the village, we were able to rent e-bikes right there for a great price, it was so convenient. They have a buffet Chinese breakfast in the morning, and the Guilin rice noodle was delish and so authentic. We also loved the homemade soymilk, it was so good, even my husband who doesn't really like soymilk kept drinking it! We enjoyed the modern zen feel of the hotel, its very calming with water features, and little garden features everywhere. Most of all, the location of the hotel is really special, you are in the back of an old traditional village, making it sooooo quiet, so peaceful. No noisy tourists to be seen anywhere!!! The staff was friendly and chill and helpful. But, when we wanted to go out for a treat, we would just walk a few steps into the center of the village where there are some really lovely coffee shops in ancient garden courtyards, and we would eat at one of our favorite restaurants, the Secret Garden Cafe, which has yummy Chinese and Western food. We can't wait to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful escape from the hustle and bustle.

實名誇讚童廬酒店！房間乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心，床鋪柔軟舒適，浴室沒有一絲異味。裝修風格融合了當地特色與時尚元素，很有格調。這裏的設施十分齊全，有供大人放鬆的露天陽台鞦韆、圍爐煮茶區域，也有適合小朋友的小童遊樂設施。而且交通便利，周邊景點眾多。住在這裏，既能享受舒適的住宿環境，又能便捷地遊玩陽朔，簡直完美，下次還會再來！

This was a very nice large room with a great view of the countryside. It matched the pictures on the website. The room was very clean and well-kept and everything worked well. It was quiet and its location was convenient for exploring the countryside or taking a taxi or Didi into the busier part of town. It was only a five-minute walk on back paths to the river and also easy to rent electric scooters right next to the hotel. The breakfast is fresh and healthy each morning. The service is helpful but this is not an overly touristic feeling hotel so it's good to have an idea of what you want to do. We were there in the winter so we didn't use the pool, but it looked like it would be very enjoyable in the warmer months. Right next to the hotel is a nice family-owned restaurant that is worth having a meal at.

We stayed in the room with a terrace. The hotel location is the best. Open the curtain and you can enjoy the view! It’s breathtaking! I like the style, it’s super old Chinese atmosphere. Cleanness is the top! I stayed in so many hotels but here you can see it’s really clean. Service is good too, everyone is smiling and trying to help. What I’d like them to improve: Variety for breakfast and amount of coffee they serve. The coffee is pricey but I’ve got only half a cup. And the waitress said that how it supposed to be 😣

The Riverview is a fantastic hotel to stay in Yangshuo! Located very close to Longtoushan wharf, it's very easy to get to if you come to Yangshuo via the cruise. The staff are very helpful, they gave me all the resources I needed during my stay, and were able to be contacted at any point via WeChat. The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and a fantastic view from the balcony! I'd definitely recommend the Riverview to anyone staying in Yangshuo.
