After traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay. The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable. The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

Absolutely no amenities provided in the room. You have to ask to the receptionist and even so, they don't give you the basic set at once. Male receptionist was not friendly at all, cold and inhospitable. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Room was pretty small but it wasn't an issue personally. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Hot water ran 24/7. Room got cleaned everyday, but I notice it did get dusty. One of my personal belonging got damaged during cleaning but I didn't lodge a complaint. At 12-1 AM the garbage truck will come daily and it will be noisy if your room faces the street. Hotel allowed luggage storage. They will issue you a ticket to get your stuffs back. Location wise, it's a 10 mins walk to the Canal metro station that takes you to city center. No major shopping malls nearby, only small convenient stores and plenty of bars/diners.

Otel, Madrid'in tüm turistik yerlerine kolay ulaşım sağlayan harika bir konuma sahip. Metro ve otobüs hatları otelin hemen dışında yer alıyor ve ülkenin her yerine kolay erişim sağlıyor. Ayrıca tren istasyonuna da çok yakın ve havaalanından taksi ücreti sadece 19,90 €. Oda olanakları biraz eski ama temiz ve düzenliydi. Resepsiyondaki akşam vardiyasındaki genç hanıma özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum; adaptörümü önceki otelde bırakmıştım ve bana nazikçe yenisini verdi. Tebrikler! 👍🏻

Havaalanına çok yakın ama daire havaalanına gidiş-dönüş servis vermiyor (Ekim 2023). Orada bir toplantım var, bu yüzden orada yaşamak oldukça uygun ama yine de gitmek oldukça sakıncalı. şehir merkezine ve çeşitli turistik mekanlara yakın olduğundan burada eğlence için kalmanızı önermiyorum. Kahvaltı oldukça zengin ve ekmekler lezzetli.

Мы забронировали гостиницу на 4 дня, я писала 4 письма с информацией о том, что мы будем заселяться после 22.30, когда мы приехали в 2 часа ночи в гостиницу, нам сказали, что проблема с номером ( кран сломался), и отправили нас на такси в другую гостиницу на 1 сутки, а утром мы вернулись в наш отель и они уже нас заселили. Было некомфортно так как мы потратили время на разбор данной ситуации, на переезды ночью и утром, конечно все затраты они компенсировали, при том, что они мне предварительно 4 раза подтвердили наше бронирование и поздний заезд, могли бы сразу прислать письмо, чтобы мы поехали в другую гостиницу на 1 день

La verdad me parece bien ,aunque algunas veces tienen precioso un poco caros tiene una ubicación estupenda y las instalaciones está bien

Daire, Chueca'nın tam merkezinde, gece hayatına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Sokak, hemen önündeki kafenin açılışına kadar gece geç saatlere ve sabahın erken saatlerine kadar çok gürültülüydü.

La ubicación es perfecta, porque está al lado de la Gran Vía, en cuanto a las instalaciones las camas son muy incómodas, la ducha es pequeña y sin mampara, por lo que cuando te lavas el pelo sale todo el agua y mojas una toalla.
