"Had a comfortable stay at the ibis in Cambridge. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The best thing is the location — it’s right next to the train station, which makes it really convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room has a great view too. There’s a bar open 24 hours and a nice lounge area on the first floor to sit and relax. No complaints at all. I’d happily stay here again."

"Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞"

"İlk gecemden sonra odamın temizlenmemesi ve yatağımın yapılmaması beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Odanın kapı kolunda rahatsız edilmemeniz gerektiğini belirten tabela asılıydı. Odaya servis yapılmasını istersem, odadaki bir sandalyeye havlularla birlikte bulunan ve ”yeni havlular” talep eden dış tutamağa başka bir tabela asmamı söyleyen notu keşfettim. Eğer temizlikçiler gözle görülür bir yeni havlu talebi olmadığı sürece odaya girmiyorlarsa, rahatsız edilmemeleri yönünde bir tabelanın bulunmasına ne gerek var? Kimse içeri girmeyecek. Havluları her gün değiştirmemenin avantajlarını tamamen anlıyorum ve bunu destekliyorum. Ancak odamın ”anahtarı” ile birlikte gelen kağıttaki nottan açıkça haberdar olmak isterdim."

"Perfect little place to stay at a great price. Scrupulously clean, friendly staff, free parking, and including a tasty breakfast..... and only a 20 min straight walk to the town centre. Can't fault this hotel except the roomy bed was maybe a bit hard for us. Apart from that, perfect. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend!"

"The room was very tidy and nice. They had all the amenities, including soap, body wash, shampoo, tea, and instant coffee. They even had coffee pots. Towels were changed everyday too. There is no hair dryer, but they gave me enough towel to dry my long hair thoroughly though. The room I stayed was an attic room, with slanted ceiling, but I loved it because I could see the sky. There were blinders too, so the sun in the morning was not a worry for me. The room looks very much like a dorm, so there was a table that I can work on, with closet that I can hang my suits on too. It wasn't the cleanest, it had some spider webs in the corner of the room, but they were really in the corner and I was staying only to sleep, so it didn't bother me as much. I would definitely recommend the place for business travelers looking for a cheap accommodation in the middle of Cambridge University."

"This is a very retro and very beautiful hotel. The boy at the reception was very friendly and recommended travel routes for me. The breakfast was also good. If I travel to Cambridge next time, I will still choose this hotel."

"Value, location and comfort were very good. However, having a two tier internet package (free service was pathetic) is wholly unacceptable in 2025. Free, fast WiFi should be provided as standard, just like electricity, water and heating. I will never stay at a Premier Inn again. It’s the principle of the thing. It’s just pathetic."
