This in the only one choice when ever I need to stay in Surabaya. Staff are very kind. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is so nice.. there are conference room though I habn't use it. on the ground floor, in front of reception, there are fredges selling drinks, ice cream in very reason price. night shift girl in reception is particulary sweet and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Swiss Belin . Located right opposite to Tunjungan Plaza , This hotel is located right at the heart of everything . One of the best experiences was when it came to hospitality cleanliness and amenities . Staff 10/10 . Aya and Yuda doing fantastic check in and check out . Highly recommend for those who cannot compromise on hygiene and convenience .

Good experience staying in Varna Culture. Facilities and services are excellent. Will repeat to stay here when in Surabaya

The location is suitable for me, near to funeral house Adi Jasa The soap inside my bathroom hardly to dispense, either the soap is at minimum volume or the container is not properly working Did not take any food from the hotel

Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri hızlıydı. 50.000 IDR depozito talep edildi. Oda minimalistti, küçük bir banyosu vardı ama temiz tutuluyordu. Personel de güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltıda çok çeşitli yiyecekler vardı ama lezzetleri biraz düşüktü. Meyve ve salatanın kalitesi biraz daha iyileştirilebilirdi çünkü zaten biraz ekşiydiler.

i do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Location wise is debatable as you need to see what tour itinerary is. Because the best location would be central. But overall its a rather decent hotel Not a really impressive breakfast but it can get by. Would not say its worth it. But the overall vibe of the hotel is pretty good

The service is excellent, they are kind, polite, and helpful. Smiles never left their faces and they always try to help swiftly. The breakfast is great, tasty, and the selection is even greater, they have a lot of varieties of Indonesian food. The room is great in size, the floor is clearly swept, the bathroom is clean, the amenities are adequate (bring your own hair dryer bcs the one they have is not as great). But terribly disappointed with the cleaners, I used the spoon and glass on day 1 and they didn't even bother to clean them, only put on the usual spot. I tried to ”tell” them again the next day yet they still haven't cleaned any 🥲🥲
