今次來東京主要是看樱花，順道到箱根浸溫泉，在網上看到這溫泉旅館評價不錯，所以親自體驗一下，通過電郵可以預約貸切風侶，預約接送服務亦快速回覆，職員服務恩切，溫泉方面，房間內有私人風侶，對於要私隱度人士好適合，食物方面質素不錯，整體來說是一間高質素的溫泉旅館。

This hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!

雖然這間酒店離箱根集中區域遠一點 但房間很寬敞 浴場很大 而且在環境優美的瀑布旁邊 價格高一點也值得

部屋内の冷蔵庫がすごく汚かったです。開けてすぐ気持ち悪くて閉めたので埃かカビなのかはしれませんが…冷蔵庫の中も掃除した方がいいかと思います。 冷蔵庫すぐ上に置いてあったティーポットにも茶かぶと水が残っていて洗ってないかなって…思って使えませんでした。 また、夕ご飯の際に外国人の従業員の方が自分に聞かずに茶道具等を持って行かれてしまいました。温泉上がりにお茶も飲みたかったんですが、一旦下げる前には聞いて欲しかったです。後、出る際もドアも閉めずに出て自分が立ち上がって閉めました。 上記の3点以外には温泉施設も部屋へ案内してくださった方もとても親切だったので不満はなかったです。

Это шикарное место, чтобы расслабиться и перезагрузиться. Общая зона с онсеном, номер в японском стиле и местная еда, всё как я хотел, рёкан превзошёл мои ожидания. Единственное чего не хватает - трансфер и возможности оставить багаж на время.

20 min uphill hike from Gora station. Or you can take cable train up hill for two stations and walk on flatland for about 8 minutes to hotel. Hotel has shuttle bus. They dropped us off on the way back. You can possibly call to pick you up at Gora station. Trip.com reservation options show you prices for one adult. It's very hard to book for 3 people to stay in one room to save money. I sent a custom request to the hotel exactly this - 3 people in one room. Trip.com charged me $270 and when I got to the hotel, they said I have to pay $300+ more for 2 more people. That was not clearly communicated to me by either Trip.com or hotel. There's a language and cultural barrier. In Japan, you pay per person - not by rooms. They scan your all passports of everyone staying - not just the person who books. With last minute notice, I had no choice but to pay more as other hotels nearby are filled up and we were very tired from 4 hours train transfers dragging our bags plus 8 minutes walk to the hotel. All in all, if trip.com room selections are not a perfect fit, I can't recommend booking this hotel. Custom messages are not recognized. Communication is lacking. You will get charged last minute without any alternatives left. For $570 a night, we could have a way better hotel in Hakone. The breakfast also wasn't memorable and you have to reserve it ahead of time. I would not come back.

숙소가 고라역 근처인데, 힐링만 하러 오기에는 아깝네요. 고라역까지 온김에 꼭 리프트타고 올라갔다오는게 좋은데, 료칸이라 그것도 아까울수있어요. 조식은 뷔페식이고 괜찮았고, 석식은 술하고 음료 많은데 식사는 좀 적은감이 있어요. 바로앞 편의점인 것도 좋고, 방에 욕실있는곳이 정말 좋았습니다.

Harika bir keşif! Dağın huzurlu bir yerinde sakinleştirici bir ryokan. Personel son derece güler yüzlüydü ve Japonca bilmeyen turistlerimize karşı çok anlayışlıydı. Her yemek lezzetliydi ve personel bize her küçük yemeğin ne olduğunu anlatmak için zaman ayırdı, hatta farklı şeyler denememize yardımcı olmak için bize ekstra mini yemekler bile verdi. Hepsi lezzetliydi! Onsenler de çok rahatlatıcıydı ve ihtiyacınız olan her şeye sahipti. Erkek arkadaşım ve ben son gecemiz için özel bir onsen rezervasyonu yaptırdık ve yağmur yağarken gece dağ manzarası harika bir deneyimdi. Japon tarzı bir oda tuttuk ve oda çok genişti, tatami zeminler de çok rahattı. Dağların manzarası da harikaydı. Ryokan servisi bizi sabah istediğimizde en yakın iki tren istasyonuna (Gora veya Sounzan) götürdü ve gün sonunda bizi aldı, böylece arabamız olmasa bile ryokana ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Bu konaklamayı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

箱根の観光エリアから近く、バスも通って、また周りにイタリアレストラン、スーマーも有って、今回は、大変助かった。 また、駐車場も有って尚更よかったかな。 また、利用したいと思う。

the hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the staff didn’t even bother to help us with our luggage. we’re two girls and we had 3 big suitcases. luggage storage is 500¥ per piece and we just wanted to leave it for half an hour. breakfast is provided for 500¥ but it’s just coffee and croissant, i could pay more but get some good food because there are no restaurants nearby. the reception closes at 9 or 10 pm, and there were guests who arrived after that time and asked us for help because there was no one at the counter. the onsen looked kinda disappointing. overall, it’s okay if you’re looking for a budget stay for 1 night, but i would not recommend it
