"The hotel was great. The location was nice, it was near convenience stores, train stations, parks and restaurants. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and understanding. We had a great stay."

"The hotel is near walking distance to Sapporo clock tower and Sapporo station. We took the airport limousine bus and we were dropped off opposite the hotel we are staying at. Taking the airport bus to chitose airport also convenient. At the lobby they have coffee machine and all the necessities like comb, toothbrush etc."

"was a good stay. relatively close to susukino area. I only stayed there for the night and left in the morning but the capsules were spacious, has a light, an area above the capsule to put your things. overall it was good, no complaints for my time spent sleeping."

"First of all, the location is excellent — it is very close to the JR train station, which makes traveling extremely convenient. The staff can communicate well in English and are very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel room is clean and modern. I really appreciate that the toilet and bathroom are separated, which feels more hygienic. The bathroom itself is very clean and I am very satisfied with it. The hotel breakfast deserves special praise — there is a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)"

"The hotel has no consideration in early check inn since you are from a long travel. Food has few selection in breakfast to offer. The room is appreciated very clean and all is in good condition."

"We stayed here from January 22 to 29, and I can say for certain that this is an amazing hotel for couples like us (or even solo travelers!) Their rooms are spacious enough to open a check-in luggage, with great ventilation and heating. They have a toiletry rack in the ground floor to help yourself to daily essentials, and have a convenience foreign currncy exchange machine. On the second floor, they provide a spacious vending and laundry machines for thise to pack lightly. The location is so close to Nakajimakoen Station. During heavy snowfall, you can cut through Sapporo Park Hotel to the station to avoid slippery ice on roads. The nearby station is one of the prettiest sights in winter and is definitely a must-see. There's a Family Mart, Lawson, 7-eleven, and Seicomart just a few blocks away, so you needn't worry about food as well."

"A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again."
