Yataklar oldukça geniştir ve yatak şilteleri kalın ve rahattır! Kahvaltı 08:00 ile 10:00 arasında üç seçenekle sunulmaktadır! Çok lezzetli! 😋

Oda rezervasyonunda bir hata oluştu. Otelin ön bürosu ayarlama yapmama ve kaybı azaltmama yardımcı oldu. Oda çok temizdi, hizmet çok iyiydi ve yatak çok rahattı ve iyi bir uyku çektim.

The room condition was great and the guy in the front desk was super friendly. The hotel is located in the city center and 3mins by walk from the Vientiane night market so it makes very easy to take a walk around from the hotel to the riverside. The AC in the room worked well and the water pressure was strong enough. One small bad thing was that there is no elevator in the building, but you can request to assign low floor in advance. So overall, the hotel was worth the price and considering all the good thing of this hotel, you won't regret staying in this hotel.

The hotel is not easy to find: LOCA app for local taxis does not see this hotel so the passengers must pin the location on the map themselves. The entrance is not really representative - guests have to enter the ”Mister Donut” shop which has predominant sign over the door while the information about the existence of the hotel in this place is just a banner on the pavement. The room price includes a breakfast but it is served from 8 am which makes it impossible to get for someone who must leave at this time (please note that many hotels serve breakfast from 7 am) Finally, in the description of the rooms there is no information that the rooms have actually NO hot water which - for some guests - might make significant difference. The staff speak very little English so any more sophisticated communication (beyond ”Good morning”) must be performed using translator apps.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

Vientiane'deki Lily Hotel'de konaklarken harika bir deneyim yaşadım! Oda geniş, temiz ve güzel dekore edilmişti; tüm temel ihtiyaçlar sağlanmış, çok rahattı. Yatak yumuşaktı, klima mükemmel çalışıyordu ve banyo tertemizdi ve iyi bir sıcak duş akıyordu. Özellikle temizlikteki ayrıntılara gösterilen özeni takdir ettim; her şey her gün temiz ve düzenli tutuluyordu. Hizmet gerçekten olağanüstüydü. Personel inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü, misafirperver ve her zaman gülümseyerek yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Girişten çıkışa kadar her şey sorunsuz ve verimliydi. Lily Hotel, Vientiane'ı keşfederek geçen bir günün ardından dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer. Konfor, temizlik ve olağanüstü hizmet arayan herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim!

The staff are really kind. They assist you with any help. Food is great and i love it so much with coffee! I love the room temperature, wifi is great. There rooms are clean and toilets too! I love the balcony, wifi is fantastic on that area. The location is near night markets and stores, also near from banks where you can exchange currency. I love to stay here again! The people that owns and works here are nice people. We will definitely gonna come back to this place 💙

Vientiane Travel Caddesi'ne çok yakındır ve gece pazarına 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Personel dost canlısı ve odalar temiz. Ancak kahvaltının pahalı olması ve havluların eski olması hayal kırıklığı yaratıyor.

The Panda hotel is new and WILL be an excellent hotel when the transition is complete. The location is good the rooms were clean and comfortable. On arrival I was shown a room where the new TV didn’t have a power lead and the curtains didn’t close properly and when I pointed this out the receptionist found me an alternative with functioning curtains but again no tv remote, this wasn’t a problem for me as I had my fire stick to watch the football. The reason that I say this will be an excellent hotel is the staff, they went above and beyond in order to make my stay as comfortable as possible from organising taxis to ordering pizza nothing was too much trouble. The new owners of this hotel really are very lucky to have found such competent friendly staff members whom I would have no problem employing here in the UK having previously managed a four star hotel here in the UK. The staff make the difference and turned what was going to be a cancellation into a very pleasant stay and I will return next year. I recommend you stay here.

+ The bed was comfy, it was easy to adjust the hot water and it was never running out. The room is spacious and the hairdryer was working well. Good location, not far from the central bus terminal and at a walkable distance to most sight seeing points. - Poor soundproofing hearing chinese guests (almost all the guests are chinese) screaming in their rooms and in the corridors and water dripping from the A/C outside. I requested a room far from the elevator for these reasons but I got one right next to it even though I booked weeks in advance. Window with no view. MOLDY AIR because of poor aeration this is the worst part of my stay, my sleep was terrible because of that. Water was scarce (only 700ml per day) but you can ask for extra Breakfast is too early 7AM-9AM.. For the price, you can do way better in Vientiane.
