Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej

"Merdiven boşluğu oldukça dar olduğundan, garson bagajınızı yukarı taşımanıza yardımcı olacaktır. Odanın özellikle banyonun hijyeni ortalama düzeyde, belirgin lekeler mevcut. Yatak ve yorgan çok rahattı, rahat bir uyku çektim. Kahvaltı çok zengin görünüyor ama biliyorsunuz sadece ekmek, reçel, meyve suyu ve nane çayı var. Staff super sweet and helpful, great decoration and rooms, super breakfast in the garden and, if you drive, parking 3 minutes away. 10 min walk to the Blue gate and the busy area. The lady at the reception gave us a map and detailed information for our visit to the medina, she is super helpful. Definitely raccomanded for your stay!

Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

JJiulianyiBu otel, eski şehirdeki örümcek ağı gibi sokağın bir köşesinde, hiçbir tabelası yok ve sadece küçük bir kapısı var. Normal insanların onu kendi başlarına bulması imkansız. Personel bizi üç farklı yere götürdü ve hepsi kendilerinden rezervasyon yaptırmadığımızı söyledi. Daha sonra özel banyolu bir oda rezerve ettiğimiz bir yer bulduk. Umumi tuvalet oldu, bizi odaya götürdü, kaçtı, hatta bizden 20 dirhem bahşiş bile istedi. Klimanın uzaktan kumandası yok. Banyo koridorun köşesinde. Işıklar açıkken net görmek zor. Kahvaltı dahil ancak kahvaltıyı yapan kişi saat 9'da geldi. Lütfen bu otele rezervasyon yaptırmayın.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
