"Cancún'daki Ibis Otel'de çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Tesis temiz, konforlu ve fiyatına göre çok iyi bir değer sunuyor. Odalar sade ama modern ve bakımlı; kısa süreli bir konaklama için tam da ihtiyacınız olan şey. Personel, ziyaretim boyunca güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her zaman sorularıma cevap vermeye hazırdı. Konumu mükemmel, Walmart Express'in hemen yanında ve restoranlara, kafelere ve ulaşım bağlantılarına yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca yerel turlara ve gezilere katılmak için de uygun. Kahvaltı güzeldi, güne başlamak için çeşitli seçenekler vardı. Otel güvenli ve düzenli hissettiriyor ve girişten çıkışa kadar her şey sorunsuz işledi. Genel olarak, Cancún'da kalmak için güvenilir ve konforlu bir yer; iyi fiyat, temizlik ve kolaylık arayan gezginler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days."

"Очень красивое место с низкой ценой бмы были приятно удивлены. Близко от тц и пляжа и автобусной остановки. Единственный минус это администратор на ресепшен, абсолютно не дружелюбный, никак не нацелен на сервис и помощь. А в остальном прекрасное место, просторные номера, со всеми удобствами. С радостью приедем ещё и будем надеяться, на то, что руководство пересмотрит политику отношения ресепшеонистов к гостям!"

"A grandes rasgos, es un lugar humilde, pero funcional. La alberca estaba bastante descuidada. Están en obras por lo que el descanso entre las 07:00 y las 17:00 se hace complicado. Al menos viene avisado en carteles cerca del ascensor. La habitación bien, confortable, aunque se ve viejito, es cómodo y las camas están genial. La ubicación es estupenda, súper cerca de la Nader. Eché de menos un poco de atención más amable y el mantenimiento en la alberca ya que estaba llena de hojas de los árboles (punto a favor, aunque sea chiquita, se hace bonita). Calidad-precio no está mal, recomendado pero no para grandes estancias."

"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."

"Good place to stay, amenities were good buy reception was a little unfriendly( not rude but it doesn’t matter it’s a good place). Other than that the complex is beautiful and really great place."

"Buen hotel. Repetiríamos. Desayuno buffet incluido (básico pero no está mal). No hay agua gratis pero sí te dan como una especie de agua/jugo verde con fruta y verdura. Habitación todo bien. Cerca de ADO y centro. Se puede ir andando."

"This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves."

"The location is in downtown and close to restaurants and money exchanges. Hotel is well serviced, although I feel the breakfast could have been better. The room sink had an issue when we arrived, it took me a follow up to get a person who took the bathroom towel to remove it and left both the wet towel and sink block on the bathroom platform … perhaps few things they can improve on. The hotel also has gym and a facility to wash clothes"
