"Hotel muy céntrico al parque de las Palapas y bien comunicado a nivel de restauración en los mismos bajos del complejo hotelero. Gran amabilidad y atención del personal. La ambientación maya de la un toque muy elegante para el turista y creo que eso un reclamo de valor. Lo único a mejorar es el material de las habitaciones como por ejemplo una tele pantalla plana (sin mecanismos tdt). Hay que invertir para modernizar ducha, baño y mobiliario."

"Otel, üç yıldızlı otele benzer ancak sunduğu fiyatlara göre oldukça ekonomiktir. En iyi kısmı sabah kahvaltı büfesiydi. Omletleri ve quesadillaları özenle hazırlayan bir aşçıları var, tavuklu chipotle quesadillas'ı mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Büfe dahil olmayabilir, bu nedenle emin olmak için tekrar kontrol etmek isteyebilirsiniz. Yaşam alanları da basitti. Güvenlik kasanız, dolabınız, küçük televizyonunuz olacak. Xcaret'e sık seyahat ettiğim için spor salonunun havuzuna gitmedim. Bu, her şey dahil fiyatına karşı seyahat edenlere yönelik bir oteldir. Genel olarak, bu otel bütçe dostu ve konsiyerj/personel çok nazikti. Kesinlikle dikkate alınmaya değer. Bilginize, suyu ısıtmak için biraz çalıştırmalısınız. Daha sıcak ve ılık arasında, duş başlıklarını güncelleyebilirler. Size bol miktarda havlu veriyorlar, ayrıca fön makinesi de var. Ayrıca tek kişilik odalarda priz sorunu olabilir, aile odaları iyi donanımlıdır. Havaalanına da yakın, arabayla yaklaşık 10 dakika sürüyor."

"Good place to stay, amenities were good buy reception was a little unfriendly( not rude but it doesn’t matter it’s a good place). Other than that the complex is beautiful and really great place."

"Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time."

"This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves."

"　立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。 　室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。 　一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。"

"The staff were very friendly to greet us, but did not help in terms of information on tours, print our boarding pases or other hotel services. The answers were always no, so come prepared with everything because you won’t get things done here, also the pool and rooms could use a little maintenance because they are old and smell old"

"It was better than the review. There's Walmart supermarket connected to lobby, so easy to grab foods, milks, gifts... Also, all the hotel counter abd service people are nice. My room was quiet and yes you can hear if people close door really hard but it can happen to any hotel. There's separate Air conditioning so room was cool. You can control the temperature. Also There's pizza restaurant and rental car service in the lobby. Very convenient location overall."

"ルームクリーニングはホテルのフロントに都度頼む必要があります。初日はそれを知らず、ホテルに帰宅後部屋が朝のままの状態であったため驚きました。 スタッフの皆さんは非常に親切で、追加のタオルを依頼した際も快く対応してくれました。 英語でのコミュニケーションが難しいスタッフもいましたが、翻訳機を使ってコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれたので、助かりました。 立地的には色々な場所へ出やすい便利な場所だと思います。特に24時間営業のウォールマートというスーパーマーケットがすぐ近くにあったのでよかったです。"
