"The staff were very friendly to greet us, but did not help in terms of information on tours, print our boarding pases or other hotel services. The answers were always no, so come prepared with everything because you won’t get things done here, also the pool and rooms could use a little maintenance because they are old and smell old"

"Я приехал очень поздно в отель, около 2 ночи и меня без проблем заселила девушка на ресепшене. Отель находится в центре города и была слышна небольшая музыка. В номере было очень темно. Я не мог ничего разглядеть. Кровать и подушки удобные. На одну - две ночи можно остановится. На долгий период не советую."

"A grandes rasgos, es un lugar humilde, pero funcional. La alberca estaba bastante descuidada. Están en obras por lo que el descanso entre las 07:00 y las 17:00 se hace complicado. Al menos viene avisado en carteles cerca del ascensor. La habitación bien, confortable, aunque se ve viejito, es cómodo y las camas están genial. La ubicación es estupenda, súper cerca de la Nader. Eché de menos un poco de atención más amable y el mantenimiento en la alberca ya que estaba llena de hojas de los árboles (punto a favor, aunque sea chiquita, se hace bonita). Calidad-precio no está mal, recomendado pero no para grandes estancias."

"　立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。 　室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。 　一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。"

"My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and cordial efforts made the experience feel more than perfect, and their prompt and efficient customer support was commendable. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location. The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings. Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!"

El personal de mantenimiento, limpieza y cafetería es de 10, quizás en recepción fueron algo más fríos y tampoco comprendo muy bien la política de invitados, no puede venir nadie a visitarte pasando más allá de la recepción. La alberca es genial, las camas y la ubicación."
