The location of the hotel is great if you like snorkelling, the cleaning service is only from 9:00- 13:00 and you need to confirm with the staff if you need it or not, which is alright for me. The only thing made me is a bit uncomfortable is the reception provided food vouchers for our foreign friend( we checked in separately) but not us, even we booked the same room types and his room was right next to the beach.

The hotel has a very charming overall vibe. The pool area and the location are both great — it’s just a short walk to the beach, which is lined with restaurants and cafes, making it quite convenient. That said, the room felt quite damp. At night, the air conditioning made the room too cold, but using the blanket made it too warm, to the point that I was sweating. The water pressure in the shower was also very inconsistent, which made showering a bit frustrating. Breakfast was very basic with no variation from day to day. The coffee from the self-service machine wasn’t drinkable, so we ended up ordering from their café instead. The staff were generally polite, but most of them looked quite unhappy, which affected the overall atmosphere a little. Overall, I’d say the stay was just average — some nice aspects, but also quite a few areas for improvement.

Newly renovated rooms; comfortable & cleaned. Beautiful private peaceful beach. All the hotel staff that we had contacted did excellent jobs. Enjoyed live music & a fire show in the evening. We gave 200 THB to the fire show men. Frankly speaking, their fire show skills are much better than Hawaii. (Except, no hip dance) It would be nice if the other hotel guests would have given them some tips, too. Everything was good, except the music at the restaurant by the beach was a bit too loud. I will return to stay at this hotel again if I go to Samed next time.

The Hotel is very clean but the rooms are a little bit old kind of. The bathroom needs improvements or a renovation. The is big, coffee, kattle, hairdryer, towels and shampoo and shower gel is provided. Unfortunately the room is really dark, there is a window or glass door to get in, but if your room is at ground floor level, then there is not much sunlight. Location is super! Right in the middle of the city centre and very close to the Beach. The cleaning staff is really friendly, reception stuff is quite slow and not so welcoming. Overall it's a nice location to stay for a few days

Very nice service! The staff was so nice, helpful and freindly. They upgrade our room the beachfront room. I would recommend this place to people who like peaceful trip and enjoy privacy.

Another amazing stay with this great view of Ao Chor. Very friendly people who helped us transfers and made my friend a coconut fruit birthday cake with sparklers. Delicious meals, I look forward to returning. Wonderful stay.

I have stayed at Flamingo Villa before (In the Garden Room), but this time I decided to stay in the loft room, which apparently is called the Family Room. Flamingo Villa is somewhat strange, since the ”Hotel” is basically three rooms within the Samed Your House hotel. Our neighbors actually knocked on our door to try and check in ~ You need to call the phone number for Flamingo Villa in order to check in, as someone will come out to meet you. So, bottom line up front: Flamingo Villa is awesome, but get ready to kill a lot of mosquitos! The owners do a good job of lighting incense sticks to try and keep the them away, but there are fountains around the area and the mosquitos are no joke. I would say I killed at least 10 in our room, so it is super important to make sure you close the sliding doors behind you every time you go in and out of the room. The Family Room was awesome. The lower floor is basically a living room with a large day bed and a big TV with great speakers. The toilet room is separate from the shower. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but once you get up there it is really nice. There are two queen beds in the loft, and the glass wall and sliding door separate the bedroom from the main room, which is great because the bedroom has its own AC unit, and the glass keeps out the mosquitoes. The beds were comfortable, but be careful because the ceiling is very low above the beds. The view from up in the loft is very peaceful, and the owners obviously spent a lot of time decorating the place (The Christmas tree was still up while we were there). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Sai Kaew Beach, and the pier for the ferry is only a 10 minute walk ~ but you can take a mini bus if you would like. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, and there are two 7-11s close to the beach. We rented a motor bike the last time we were in Koh Samed, but Sai Kaew Beach seems to be the nicest on the island, so we just hung out there. I love Flamingo Villa, and I am sure I will stay there again in the future.

### Review of Samed Grandview Resort We recently stayed at Samed Grandview Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort's location is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. However, we felt that the beach entertainment could use some improvement. While the idea of music on the beach is great, the selection and execution were somewhat lacking, making it a bit boring at times. As professionals in the entertainment industry, we believe there are ways to enhance the experience for guests, such as incorporating a more diverse music selection or live performances. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to see the entertainment aspect elevated for an even better guest experience. Thank you for considering our feedback! 🙏🏻

Nerede kalacağımızı seçerken bu oteli ve yüksek puanını gördük ve kabul ettik (aptalca bir kararla, 5 gece). Tabii ki böyle bir fiyata çok fazla şey beklememelisiniz, fotoğraflarda her şey aşağı yukarı aynı, gerçek hayatta ise tam bir felaket. İlk gece, biri yatağın altına koşturdu, bir inek olduğunu varsayıyoruz. Sabah bakmak istedik, kimseyi bulamadık ama bar-resepsiyondaki adam elinden geleni yaptı ve odayı değiştirdi. Duş, banyo zeminindeki bir deliğe akıyordu, karıncalar. İkinci ve sonraki gecelerde oda biraz daha iyiydi ve duvarlar daha temizdi. Ama gece banyoda, karıncalara ek olarak bir de kurbağa vardı, onu zemindeki deliğe sifonu çekemedim. Bir kovaya koyup dışarı çıkardım. Daha fazla karınca vardı, eğer dünyada daha hafif hamamböcekleri varsa, o zaman 2'si ölmüştü. Ama deniz, güzelliği ve sıcaklığıyla odanın yaralarını saran bardan 50 metre uzakta. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşa büyük saygı duyuyorum. İsteklere ilgiyle yanıt verdi. Buraya ikinci kez gelir miyiz, hayır.
