Three bedroom one bathroom house is a 10 minute walk to Bidwell park, a hop on the freeway, and about a mile from downtown!Enjoy the backyard patio while you sip your coffee. If a close swimming pool interest you, then walk next door and swim. The Overpass divides both houses, it will still feel like you have your own privacy where you will be staying.You can also walk down to the One Mile Recreation Pool from the house.
