Come and enjoy our family friendly, large lake house on a safe, quiet, secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. You have the entire house to yourself to enjoy the privacy and lake. Ample parking for 6 vehicles next to the house entrance. We offer flexible check-in and out dates and 2 & 3 day stays this spring and fall, and on summer stays, a 5 day minimum. We always offer weekly stay discounts. If a 7 day stay at the lake is not in your plans this year, consider a shorter 5 day stay with flexible check-in days this summer. We also offer highly discounted longer stays in the months of Jan-March of 2026. You can book early with our flexible cancellation policies. Our spacious, 3600 sf, 6 bedroom, private family home on 3 floors is set back in a quiet residential cove of Lake Hartwell with a deep water dock for your pontoon or boat. We can sleep up to 14 adults comfortably on memory foam beds, 5 king beds, 2 twins, and queen sleeper couch. We also have 2 additional twin memory foam mattresses that can be used on the floor. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and all shower essentials are provided. Our newly installed fiber optic high speed internet service will connect multiple devices. We have 5 "smart" TVs around the house for multiple viewing options. Clemson and "Death Valley" are only 13 minutes away as well as Seneca for multiple restaurant options. Clemson marina is a 10 minute drive from the house and offers rental pontoons and boats. It is a 20 minute boat ride back to the lake house. Enjoy time together in the large, open-concept main floor or outside on the large upper covered deck, lower gazebo, fire pit, or dock. There is a 4 burner outdoor gas grill available for your use in the back yard. Our house has 2 full kitchens stocked with everything you may need for a nice long getaway. The upper floor has a large bedroom with a wall of windows offering a beautiful view of the lake with a king bed, couch, and the two additional twin mattresses that are stored in the full length closet that you can pull out to use. Across the hall past a dual sink, full bath, is a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. On the main floor is a large master suite with a king bed and private full bath, and large walk in closet. The lower level has a full apartment with a separate entrance a master king suite, a private full bath, a large walk in closet, a living room with pull-out queen sofa, kitchen, dining area, and work desk. Additionally on the lower level, there is a private separate king bedroom that walks out to the lower patio and backyard, with a 1/2 bath. A child high chair, port-a-crib, and youth mattress are also provided to accommodate younger children. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. High efficiency HVAC units keep comfortable heating and cooling temperatures with thermostats to adjust on all 3 floors. Enjoy our newly redone home for a great family week this spring and summer or a weekend this fall. Football weekends are in demand, so book them early. Lake Hartwell water temperatures remain nice for swimming off the dock or kayaking in the cove all through October. Many other outdoor activities are available on day trips in the Sumter National Forest and in the nearby North Carolina mountains and National Forests. Two kayaks and a paddle board are available for your use, as well as life vests (9 adult, 3 youth, 2 child, 1 water wing (30-50#). A nice gentle path with steps and safety railing access the quiet private dock where you can swim, launch the kayaks, secure your boat, or just spend time relaxing on the spacious deep-water dock. Just past our walkway sign on the path you enter Core of Engineer lands which surround all of Lake Hartwell and provide a private, secluded access area for your use. Cozy camper with everything you need. Located in Clemson Hills RV Club, you are just minutes away from Clemson University, Lakes Keowee and Hartwell, Seneca, and the mountains! It’s a great location to stay if you are visiting your student, friends or family, coming to a Clemson game, or needing a romantic getaway! This campground has a wonderful host named Paul and all neighboring campers are friendly and helpful. This cozy camper offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or getaway. The kitchen comes with pots, pans, dishes, keurig, crockpot, an electric Dutch oven, gas stovetop and gas oven. Fresh linens are provided for the bedroom along with a tv, two closets, and an under bed storage area for clothes, shoes, and more. Enjoy a hot shower in the bathroom which also provides towels, hand towels and wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner, a first aid kit, hair dryer, steamer for ironing out those wrinkles, and many other bathroom essentials. In the living area you can enjoy the warm fireplace on cold evenings with numerous soft, cuddly blankets in two leather recliners. Enjoy watching the tv or if you like, have a little fun with some games that are provided. A small bar is also located in the living area to store all of your favorite drinks. Outside provides many opportunities to come together with fellow campers or your family and friends. With a large deck beside the camper you can enjoy great conversation with other guest, friends and family. using the grill, griddle or outdoor stove to cook a delicious meal, all provided with the camper. The camper comes with two outdoor rugs, an outdoor love seat and two cushioned chairs with ottomans so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset looking over the mountains and a gas firepit to use on those chilly evenings . A small outdoor refrigerator is also included to hold your favorite beverages! It’s located approximately 10 miles from Clemson, Seneca & Walhalla. and the lovely quaint towns of Cashiers and Highlands, NC are approx 30 mins away. Greenville and Asheville are an hour drive. Atlanta is a 1.5-2 hour drive away. GSP airport is little over and hour drive away. Lake Jocassee, Tablerock state park and numerous waterfalls are minutes away.**The outdoor swimming pools are CLOSED for the season!** But when open the outdoor pools are saltwater & one is just steps away from the condo, grab a beach towel out of the basket and walk over! The community fitness center has a large indoor heated pool for use as well. You can have access to all the fitness center has to offer. •You’ll have contactless entry with a key lock box at the door. •On entry through the front door on the main floor you'll find a bedroom, laundry, bath, kitchen and large open living area flooded with light from the rear wall of windows. •Upstairs, consist of a large carpeted loft bedroom overlooking the living area and the most comfortable bed! If you lay in bed and look out the loft to the wall of windows you feel like you’re in a tree house with all the nature in view. •Though the rear door is a large deck with a nice view of the wooded scenery and the south side community pool, which is located just walking distance from the condo. Just grab one of the beach towels provided and walk over!•The pool is complete with a covered cabana, sun loungers, shade umbrellas, bathrooms, tables & chairs and free WiFi. Our building is the closest to this pool! There is a larger pool located in the north side of our community at the north marina you may use. It has a fantastic view of the lake and offers gradual entry. The heated indoor pool at the fitness center is open year round for use. In the men’s & women’s locker rooms there is a hot tub as well. May need to show gate app.•Beach towels ARE provided and are visibly located in a large basket. Pool noodles are located in downstairs bedroom corner for your use as well. Please do not hang towels on railings.•Directly in front of our building, steps away, is the South Flagship walking trail, which is paved and spans from the south entrance of the community to the club entrance, approximately 2+ miles in length. Great for early morning or evening strolls. There is another walking trail called the Leisure trail, alongside the lake on the north side of our community. (No motorized vehicles are permitted on walking trails), your gate app allows entry to NORTH SIDE of community as well. Just drive through the member side of gate with your pass. Everyone is so friendly, be sure to say hi or strike up a conversation!•The interior of the unit is painted, and the entry-level floors are hardwood and tile. •The unit is equipped with fans, smoke detectors (3) as well as a carbon monoxide detector & a fire extinguisher. •The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, glassware, wine glasses, wine opener, cooking utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, & a Keurig coffee maker. Coffee pods provided.•Outside the backdoor, you'll find a large deck with two high-top stools and 2 chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or for winding down in the evening.•Each bedroom Is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. (4) Pickle-ball rackets are available for your use in my unit. • At the north marina you’ll find the larger outdoor pool along with a boating store where paddle boards and kayaks can be rented. If you’re at the North pool, various ice cream bars can be purchased inside the boating office to enjoy. (Credit card) pick up a pizza at the bistro and bring it with you to the pool! The beginning of the north side walking trail around the lake is there too. It’s a lovely paved lakeside stroll. The leisure trail allows bikes if you choose to bring. Its 2+ miles long. Bicycles permitted on leisure trail.•At the community fitness center you can use the fitness machines, play racquet ball, or use the indoor pool and hot tubs. There ‘may’ be a small fee for guests.•This condo building has a small four spot parking lot. ONE spot for each unit in the building. (Please only use one. Parking for your second vehicle is just a short walk across the side road, in the other lot.)Note: There is an added administration fee of $35 the HOA admin fee and access for an app issued by the community to have phone/app access to open our gates.
