Whether you are interested in hunting, fishing, skiing (Saddleback Mountain is a short distance away), snowmobile or ATV riding (the trails are right outside the front door), swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, or just a relaxing vacation away from it all!! It is located right on Rangeley Lake in Russell Cove. There is a beach area. The house is walking distance to downtown Rangeley and has all the amenities of home with a cabin flair like no other!! Lovely newly renovated private two bedroom apartment with large kitchen and deck off the kitchen. Queen size bedroom and two twin beds. Walking distance from eating establishments, town park, swimming, boating and paddling. There is Ice skating, (free skate rentals across the street) and snow shoeing in winter. Kayaks and paddle boards can be rented by the hour at Haley Pond, as well as snow shoes in the winter. All either across the street or within a very short distance from your accommodations. Haley Pond is across from my house and all you do is CROSS THE POND TO ACCESS SNOWMOBILE TRAILS . The driveway will accommodate two trailers. The village is a fun place. IN SEASON: 2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON SNOWDEO WEEKENDTHE BASE PRICE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE. There is an additional price of $15. per night for each additional person up to 4 guests. We are only 15 minutes away from Saddleback Ski Mountain, and only 45 minute drive to world class Sugarloaf USA ski resort. Just 5 minutes to Mingo Springs golf course, and 45 minutes to a championship course at Sugarloaf USA. Rangeley lakes area offers some of the nations best fly fishing in a number of lakes, ponds and streams all within 15 miles. You can spend the day doing any of the many activities the area has to offer, and then relax in the outdoor hot tub and watch the deer, moose, and turkeys pass through the yard.About the house: The house is newly constructed with the first floor offering hardwood and tile throughout. First floor has radiant heat and a stone faced propane fireplace. The granite kitchen has all of the amenities of home including a dishwasher.
