"Hotel is located right downtown - right across from the Seattle Public Library, and about only 15 minute walk to Pike Place. The building is definitely on the older side/a bit dated inside - but with that being said everything seemed clean and there was no smell of mold or smoke. The staff that we interacted with were fairly friendly - if you are tech able, they do request that you check-in and check-out on the kiosks that they have (honest fairly easy system). We received 2 bottles of water in the room, which we found to be a nice touch. Our room did have a bit of a cleanliness issue (like other reviews have stated) in terms that we found hair behind the bathroom door, and the comforter-between-sheet did have some fairly long strands of hair (*************************) that either were from improper cleaning or could have been from static when cleaning (giving the benefit of the doubt). Our shower head was semi-broken and sprayed water on the ceiling (which they offered to have maintenance fix, but we were only there for one more night so didn't bother) and our bathroom door did not close (forgot to mention to staff). Overall for the price it is good, but do not go in with expectation of full-service hotel - as they do state that it would be an additional charge for housecleaning (except if you are staying for more than 7 days, then I believe then you get a complementary service). But with that being said, if you require garbage disposal, any hotel sundries, or additional towels then you can request them."

"While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it. To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it. I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall. They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall."

"Fabulous find! I In the perfect place on Pioneer square. Excellent price, and free upgrade to king size room. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming and the front desk is always open. Catch the Link light Rail from the car park at Seattle Tacoma airport and it’s only 3 dollars each to get down to Pioneer Square! When you exit the train station look down the road towards the ferry port and you can see the hotel at the bottom on the left!"

"Great place to stay when traveling to/from airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub area, and had lots of breakfast options. Helpful staff answered all my questions. Also had shuttle service to/from airport so very convenient. Would definitely stay here in the future!"

"I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!"

"The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!"

"Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features. Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio."

"I would actually give it a 3.5. Close to the airport is about a 4. The beds were not comfortable; pillows were almost flat; could definitely hear airport noise; nothing exciting from the breakfast- just thankful there was something. The front desk staffers need some classes on customer service. No one said, thank for choosing Country Inns or welcome, how can i help; totally lacking good customer service. I liked Country Inns in Georgia but not Washington (Seattle)."

"Very cool lobby with fun games decor . Rooms tiny without any simple amenities like water or coffee. Coffee pump pots in lobby empty. Says pet friendly but not so much also charged 50$ for puppy Staff young and nice enough but kind of lazy. Mixed review."
