위치 매우 좋음, 사파 중심으로 걸어서 이동 가능하고, 객실은 산뷰를 요청했는데 건너편 산이 보이는 방을 배정해줘서 오너가 투숙객의 요구를 잘 반영하는 배려심을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 감동적인 서비스는 마사지였습니다. 나와 동행은 60대를 넘어선 나이로 트레킹 후에 매우 피곤했으나 편안한 분위기와 명상음악이 잔잔히 들으며 숙련된 마사지를 받고 나선 온 몸이 이완되고 마음마져 평온해져 이틀 연속으로 받았답니다. 정말 강추!!! 떠나오던날 오전에 짐을 맡기고 신차이 트레킹과 저녁식사후 짐을 찾아 호텔에 도착했을 때, 사장님은 웃으며 계피차를 내어 주었고, 주문하지 않았으나 리필까지… 두 잔의 티를 마시고 5개월된 사장님의 둘째 아기를 보며 행복한 시간을 나눌만큼 참 가족적인 편안함을 느끼게 해준 호텔이었습니다. 하노이행 야간 슬리핑버스터미널로 다시 길을 나설 때, 사장님이 굿바이안사와 함께 물과 바나나, 초코파이가 담긴 작은 종이백 두개를 주며 하노이 가는 길에 ㅁ들라고 해서 더욱 감동이었습니다~ 다음에 사파에 갈 기회가 오면 주저없이 타이거 사파 호텔에서 짐을 풀겠습니다. 사장님, 사모님, 귀여운 아가와 장난꾸러기 형아~ 모두 오래오래 건강과 행복하세요~ ♡♡

Arrived at Sapa about 8am and check in was 2pm. Staff was very kind to let us wash up at the public washroom at level 1. We were warmly welcomed by the loveliest birthday decorations (because it’s my birthday in a few days). On our second day, the tour we booked was delayed and staff at reception helped us call and check. The hospitality was truly thoughtful & the best I’ve experienced. Apart from that, one area could’ve been better was the breakfast service. It was a little slow as food were made in bulk and batches.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Room : VERY GOOD AND NICE VIEW CLEAN This is one of the best place you could ever stay if you want to enjoy a scenic view when you wake up A good and chill quiet place More safer and calmer — the staff are really friendly and helpful— just had a hard time on understanding each other but they are really patience with their guest and trying to communicate better. Better to always communicate on the hotel chat service they can clear everything for you and make sure you will have a smooth and pleasant stay. They booked everything for us for a round trip sleeper bus Without anycharges at all — if you need something just make sure to ask them better on the hotel support and they’ll make sure to help you without hesitation Its a 24/7 chat support

It was a pleasant 2 day 1 night stay at this Sapa King hotel. The location was central in the middle of Sapa Town, making it easy to explore the area. A special thanks and appreciation goes to Mr. Dao, who was truly exceptional and incredibly accommodating. We are deeply grateful for his warm hospitality. He kindly allowed us an early check-in with breakfast for a minimal fee, which was a thoughtful gesture after our long sleeper bus journey. And when we checked out, he prepared us some snacks and bottled waters for us to bring along during the trip back to Hanoi. Strong recommendation to stay at this hotel when you are at Sapa.

It's very nice! The views are amazing! I couldn't stop looking. It's a bit out of town but close to Moana. There's also a hill you have to walk out. They were so kind and helped me to take my luggage up. If you are looking for a way to experience real Vietnam, do it !

Aslında burada kalmadım. Kayıt yaptırmaya gittiğimde, resepsiyonist benim için yer olmadığını söyledi (çevrimiçi rezervasyon yaptırıp ödemesini yapmıştım) Noi Bai havaalanından Sapa'ya geldim, otel lobisine sabah 5.30 civarında ulaştım. Resepsiyoniste sadece çıkış saatine (11:00) kadar kalacağımı söyledim. Rezervasyondan sorumlu kişinin sarhoş olduğunu ve kendisine haber vermediğini (gece vardiyasında) söyledi. Otelin resepsiyon alanında bilgisayar yok, belki bu yüzden kayıt yaptıramıyordur ve ayrıca görme sorunu var gibi görünüyor. Tanrı onu korusun. Durumu çok iyi idare etti. Zam almalı. Sayın işletme sahibi, ona zam verin. Sarhoş olan kişi kovulmalı, diğer personele sorun çıkarıyor. Bu olay bugün sabah 26/6/2024'te oldu bu arada. Otel hizmetine düşük puan verdim ama resepsiyoniste 5 yıldız verdim.

Yer güzel. Şehir merkezine yakın, ancak merdivenler biraz dik olduğu için yaşlılara tavsiye etmem. Çok sessiz olması da bir artı. Ancak özellikle elektrik ve giriş kartıyla ilgili bazı sorunlar yaşadık. Giriş kartı kaldığımız süre boyunca hiç çalışmadı. Tek olumlu yanı, WhatsApp'tan konuştuğumuz kişi hızlı cevap veriyordu, bu yüzden her giriş yapmamız gerektiğinde bize geçici şifre verdiler veya temizlikçi oradaysa kapıları bizim için açıyordu. Ayrıca elektrik kısa devreleri nedeniyle elektrik kesintileri yaşadık.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the view was incredibly amazing—perhaps the best in Sapa. The hospitality and service were good, and the breakfast, while simple, was nice, featuring fresh greens from the garden. But I strongly suggest booking the hotel through Trip.com if you want the option to change your room.

I recently stayed at D HOME SAPA and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived.Our room was spotless, well-decorated, and very comfortable, with a great view and all the amenities we needed.
