His local knowledge and friendly recommendations, especially for our wine exploration, added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Our room matched the expectations set by the photos in the advertisements. While the space was more compact than others we’ve seen at a similar price point, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which I particularly appreciated. Though my partner, who is quite particular about bedding, was initially dissatisfied with the bed quality, we were impressed by how promptly Adam and the team responded. Their thoughtful gesture of a handwritten card and a complimentary bottle of wine was sincerely appreciated and showed a true commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
