"What is obviously see in this hotel is how good of the staff. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏"

"I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^"

"I had a wonderful stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was nice - though I wish they had a larger seating area. The F&B staff are very hardworking, kudos to them. The location is excellent, just next to the alley of Central Market (in front of Naibatu). They also offer complimentary low-caffeine coffee, water, and red date tea in the lobby. They have 24-hour free laundry service, which helped us a lot and was very convenient. Will definitely be back."

"Wonderful stay, friendly helpful staff, room was large, clean, bed comfortable. Hotel is above a shopping center with everything you need. Subway just down the block at the Wanda mall. Easy to get around. Only downside is lifts can be slow. The price was fantastic for seeing the Snow and Ice festival, Snow Festival."

"Hotel was at a very good location, ＜5 mins walk from Songlei + Line 2 Metro which is pretty much your go to in Harbin. Staff were very kind and did their best to provide for our needs. Room was spacious and clean, if I were to nitpick, would have preferred if rooms could be more well lit and for the aircon to work better. Definitely will recommend to stay here though!"

"A Great hotel and at great location.Room is big at the price we paid! Staffs are helpful and friendly! I lost my wallet and they help arranging police to make a report for my travel insurance claim. Much appreciated 👍. Only issue is my bathroom was a little choked. 😆"

"Hotel is right in the heart of central street, directly opposite the popular 三里屯铁锅炖 stew pot, along with many other food options. Very accessible and easy for first timer who likes to be in the heart of tourist attractions and has the flexibility to go back and out from the hotel. Room is as per photo shown, small but cosy. Heater works well. Room is smoke free. The only downside is waiting time for lift requires 1-3 min extra as hotel has only 1 lift."
