This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Friendly service, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean. Great location, particularly if you’ve got things to do at USTC. Generally quiet, though you’ll likely hear room doors opening and closing from the corridor as the walls seem to be a bit thin. If I go back to Hefei, I’d stay there again.

連續加班一個月後，沒約任何人，直接訂了冶父山居的房間。從合肥開了一個多小時車，盤山公路越往上，城市的噪音就越遠，民宿建在小坡上，面對着大片草坪和遠處羣山，到民宿停好車，下車滿目都是山野風景，特別是路過的一大片湖泊在傍晚的夕陽下閃着光，靜靜看着特別感動。 民宿是簡單的原木風，房間很寬敞大，簡約且乾淨，很舒服。最喜歡一整面落地窗和小沙發，拉開窗簾就是山，早上醒來能看到薄霧飄在樹頂，晚上關了燈，能看到窗外的星星，不像城裡那樣被燈光蓋掉。店裡的香薰味道很淡，不刺鼻，衞生間的熱水很足，洗個澡後整個人都鬆了。 不用趕時間的日子真好。早上在民宿吃了米餃和粥，味道就是家常的感覺，不驚艷但舒服。然後慢慢往冶父山走，山不高，爬起來不累，沿途都是松樹，風吹過的時候沙沙響。不用特意拍照，也不用和誰説話，就慢慢走，累了就坐在石階上歇會兒，看着遠處的山發呆。 下山後去了實際禪寺，寺裏很安靜，香火味不濃，坐在院子裏的長椅上曬了會兒太陽，旁邊有衹貓蜷着睡覺，那一刻覺得特別靜，心裏那些亂糟糟的情緒好像都沉下來了。 民宿的晚餐點了個羊肉鍋，湯燉得很鮮，配着本地的青菜，慢慢吃慢慢喝。晚上在公共區域坐了會兒，沒人打擾，看了會兒書，或者就坐着聽山裡的聲音。 這趟旅行沒有什麼打卡景點，也沒有拍很多照片，就是安安靜靜待了兩天。離開的時候，感覺心裏的褶皺被慢慢撫平了，不是那種激動的開心，而是踏實的平靜。

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Aina for her outstanding hospitality — she was warm, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Services were pretty bad. My friend was reprimanded for calling the reception too many times her line was always cut off yet the other party accused her of calling for no urgent issues. Batteries of tv remote control were flat and we were just given two new batteries and have to do the replacement on our own. Facilities in the hotel and the room itself were aged. The only saving grace is the location I guess.

房間反正就很一般第一個房間進去給我的感覺不是很舒服 找到前台小姐姐給我重新換了一間房，前台小姐姐跟我説酒店門口有施工也沒辦法避免吵鬧聲 這個我都接受畢竟是來出差的 將就一下好了，但是 中午酒店的自助午飯真的很無語 我12點去吃的午飯 發現很多菜都是冷的，當時還有跟旁邊的管理人員反映過 好像她們也很不在意食物的温度，不知道是因為吃了不熱食物的原因還是別的原因 下午就直接吐了！整個人都不好了！還是要跟酒店方反饋一下 天氣寒冷儘量注意一下食物的温度

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

先説一下整體印象吧，主要是可以體驗農村生活，內部面積很大，阡陌交通，溝渠縱橫，雞鴨鵝狗羊馬都有，各種活動有20多項。整體服務也是很熱情的，雖然大部分服務員是大爺大媽，但是能看出來是發自真心的熱情，而不是那種五星級酒店虛假的寒暄。可以看出來整個民宿和一些硬件設施的投入也是比較大的，也是經過了一些設計，在溝渠旁邊建築的環境都還不錯，一些細節上設計的非常用心。然後內部環境非常好，也可以在周圍轉一轉，拍照很出片，下雪或春天花開的時候應該更漂亮，飯店裡麪的飯菜也很食材很新鮮。但也有需要改進的地方，一是這個房間的房型設計很好，有觀景平台，但房間隔音比較差，還有就是衞生間和客廳在一起有反味的現象。床的床墊也不是很好，特別是那個榻榻米的非常差。洗漱間也沒有個鏡子。二是這個房間的價格1300多確實比較貴，在合肥周邊算是相當貴的了，總體感覺性價比不是很高，但這個就是見仁見智了。還有晚餐的價格也是非常高，一個蔬菜要五六十，雖然這個菜還是比較新鮮的，但是價格確實高。早餐的品種也比較少，好歹要有個豆漿，飲料，麪條什麼的吧。總之吧，我還是給個五星好評，感謝餐廳服務員贈送的米酒、煙花，還有給我們放在閲覽室放的電影。
