"The room in this hotel is the biggest room we have stayed in the trip in Northeast of China. The hotel is elegant. . The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who come to Jilin."

"跟旅遊團結束行程在吉林，準備和兩個團友一起在吉林自己玩一天，就準備定個酒店，因為前面好幾天旅遊衣服挺臟，就想找個有洗衣服設施的新一些而且距離火車站步行可達的酒店，就發現這個山院，吉林站直線走路有4分鐘差不多非常方便，附近公交車站直接能去好多個市內景點，33就花園廣場站可以到小霧凇島，可以到市博物館，可以到天主教堂等。交通一級棒！ 酒店很新，我原來還擔心會不會有味道，完全沒問題，樓道里有薰香味道，房間裏很乾凈一點味沒有，而且特暖和，暖和的我有點熱，我把温度調低了。各種設施都很全，尤其床，被子，浴巾，浴袍，枕頭都特別舒服，我睡挺美。那個吹風機巨好用！洗澡的淋雨頂噴很暢快，終於舒舒服服洗個澡，我還去洗衣房把衣服都洗了，有準備好的洗衣液，也不需要付費，有烘乾機也烘乾了直接就穿！非常好！解決我一大難題。 早餐品種沒有特別多，但是都很新鮮精緻。她家看起來就像一個美術館，外觀真的和普通酒店不一樣。你不仔細一看都不會發現這裡有個酒店！他們有咖啡廳和西餐廳，可惜我以為就是咖啡沒在這邊吃飯，衹喝了咖啡和果茶，味道不錯。 店裡的服務人員都挺有禮貌的，問問題也會很熱情回覆，關於哪裡好吃的，哪裡好玩，都會給詳細講清楚。讓我的吉林之旅充滿温暖！順順利利看到了霧凇5星的呢！ 光顧着洗洗睡睡得了，也沒拍幾張房間的照片，床挺大的，兩張1.5米的床，屋裡還有超長的大沙發，電視能伸出來調節。熱水壺挺好精緻就是容量有點小（≧∇≦）。 整個酒店充滿設計感和藝術氣息，同住的叔叔阿姨也很喜歡！美美的旅行！感謝啦愛你們吉林朋友！"

"I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season)."

"This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly."

The restaurant staff’s friendly and helpful. The hotel room design very interesting and advanced . They also supplied the lasted Dyson hair dryer. All the things is good ."

"We have a warm welcome from the hotel staff (especially from Eve) , they were great observers and offering us drinks, masks, eye masks… when we raise an issue they are able to share us solutions almost immediately! Breakfast variety was great, covering from western to local. Room size were big and the amenities was the best among all the hotels we have stayed in China. Will definitely come back again!"

"多年的爛尾樓，終於煥然一新為一家美輪美奐的高檔酒店。通過攜程預訂了五天四晚的行政大床房，入住後發現這款標價最高的大床房型都是廂房，衹有西面的一扇窗子，壓抑感十足。想打個電話與前台溝通更換房型，發現房間電話衹是擺設，沒有一絲線音，無奈衹好重返底樓大堂。前台經理非常暖心的給我免費升級了一間套房，房間寬敞明亮空曠，將筆記本電腦放在客廳唯一的一個小圓茶几上，2.5米長的充電線卻怎麼也夠不到那僅有的一個插座。沒有咖啡的自助早餐可謂美中不足，但是住了4天，衹給打掃了兩次房間，着實讓人無語。接待人員服務熱情周到，離店還有伴手禮相送，可是總體感覺，性價比還是差了一些，不盡人意。以上僅為個人感受，絕非差評，望美侖酒店喜迎八方來客，廣納四海財源！"
