"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"We travelled in a small group of 4 and booked 3 rooms with views. I booked the one with a 270 degree view but would probably be happy with the other room I booked for my mum and uncle. The hotel itself is super clean. The staff are always ready to assist with our requests and also mindful of our needs ie providing us additional info such as time of performance, breakfast reminder. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a short downhill walk to the bridge which is also next to the pick up point for the shuttle bus. Even the uphill walk isn’t so bad. The bonus with the place is that it has a lift. This is great if you want a room with a view and not have to walk up and down many levels. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely a correct choice to book this hotel. It is located outside, approximately 1km from 千户苗寨。Personally feel that staying outside here is better than need to carry heavy luggage to walk to a quite long route in the village. Free transportation is provided by the hotel owner. Just give a call and they will send or pick you up from 千户苗寨 free of charge regardless how many times. The hotel owner is very warm and friendly, good hospitality was given. He even helped us to find a cab early in the morning when we need to rush to the KaiLi South railway station."

"整體住宿體驗很贊！雖然酒店在半山腰，爬上去比較費力，但是酒店的裝修以及整體視覺設計以及店家無數處的細節設計，都超出預料！偏中式的古風設計，融合了現代風和民族特色元素，體驗感拉滿！還有貼心的店家手寫的入住卡片，房子是苗寨特色的幹欄式吊腳樓，非常適合第一次去苗寨體驗的年輕人！房間視野開闊，店家幫我們升級了LO FT房型，其一樓可以遠眺俯瞰整個苗寨夜景，二樓的床鋪還配備電熱毯，一言以概之，非常值得一去！PS：如果介意隔音效果差的，一定要在前台，店家準備的一次性用品當中拿取3M耳塞，會好很多。早上還有店家貼心準備的豬肉末米粉～客棧是收養流浪貓的温馨小店，白天會有自由自在的貓咪出沒，超級治癒！"

"國慶大假期間去西江千户苗寨玩，選擇了緊鄰景區的西江千户苗寨千雲山房大酒店實在是太明智、太聰明瞭。酒店步行幾分鐘就到景區入口，避免了泱泱大車隊的擁堵，很開心。酒店房間是下沉式的，很安靜，房間寬敞，床品也很不錯，休息得很好👍"

"Highly recommended. room space is spacious and superb clean✨ Perfect amenities provided, and as we are light travellers, we hotel provide washing machine and dryer, and helps a lot as we need not have to bring too much clothing's, but avoid paying for the extra luggage charges, so very convenient 👍 Hotel staff very friendly & helpful, helps to book 'shared taxi' to the train station & others 🙏 Would recommend to stay this hotel as compared to the tourist centre, but too busy & and crowded. I this is Hotel is nearby the centre & not recommended to stay at the tribe village hotel, but you may have to carry luggage transferring from the main entrance & to the small buses here & there. Here you can easily access to the ticket centre & get the buses to the tourist attraction centres👍"

"Good service overall with the host carrying our luggage to the hotel from bridge no 1. The view from the hotel is awesome. The room is clean with good shower facility. Aircon works well. Bed and pillow are comfortable. They even provide disposable face and bath towels. Overall a good place to stay in."

Additional perk: a small selection of Miao costumes that you can use for free and there is a good photo spot is just beside the hotel, which you can take panoramic photos while seated on the roof."
