"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The room was huge and had a beautiful view. The heater worked really well and kept the room nice and warm, which was great. The dining room staff were also very kind and welcoming. They served the food and drinks nicely and always made sure everything was okay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again in the future."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, minimal, and had a great view. I also felt very safe during my stay. There is a delicious Sichuan-style restaurant located near the hotel, which made dining very convenient. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the hot spring area. It feels quite private and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour laundry facilities were also very convenient. Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. The location is excellent—it's just a few minutes’ walk to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making it extremely convenient and comfortable for travelers."

"性價比超高的一家寶藏酒店！位置特別好，離畢棚溝景區遊客中心步行衹要幾分鐘，不管是去景區還是理小路都很方便。酒店的環境很安靜，房間的隔音效果一級棒，晚上睡覺完全不會被外面的噪音打擾。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別解乏，早上醒來拉開窗簾就是滿眼的陽光，運氣好還可以見到雪山🏔️，心情都變好了。價格也很親民，花很少的錢就能享受到這麼優質的住宿體驗，真的太值了，必須五星好評！"

"At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent."

"We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend."

"We booked one night hotel at Likuan when we travelled to Bipengou. The location is awesome , it is just less than 1.5 km away from the Bipengou entrance . We contacted the hotel early to get us pick up as they provided pick up and drop off services . As the hotel is at the mountain area , it is impossible to get Didi and ******* there . The hotel is so thoughtful offering wide range of food , ( including ******* cuisine)to serve us ,of course this need to pay . The hotel also offering ******* photography which I enjoyed so much with free 3 pieces of edited photos . Besides, free tea time session is offering to the guest as the welcome food to all the guests. I would like to have special mention to the driver to pick us up and drop us off . He is very polite, kind and provided good services . The hotel room we selected comes with the private mountain spring water tub …. I enjoyed this so much especially during the winter time like this . Recommended hotel to everyone travel to Bipengou ."

"和朋友一起自駕理小路途徑理縣，在網上看到這家酒店不錯就定下來了，是很有特色的酒店，院子裏都是些花花草草拍照很好看，坐在院子裏喝喝茶很放鬆，而且這個酒店還有棋牌室桌球室，竟然還有做手工的，可以自己diy銀飾戒指手鐲木藝品之類的，真的太棒了，在酒店都不想出門了，服務也是沒得説，很熱情！很細心的為我們介紹遊玩路線，打卡地這些！推薦！！！"

"Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant."
