"Well located. New but design clearly full of after thoughts. For example odd wires sticking out because of after the event design alterations. Toilet and shower doors are transparent which is quite silly. Even families staying together don’t necessarily want to see one another in the buff. Hotel is a work in progress with renovation going on. Free Chinese style simple breakfast provided which was a nice touch. Toiletries not the best quality. Still, probably one of the better hotels in rustic Mohe."

"一次難忘的入住體驗，為這家酒店點贊！ 剛踏入酒店大堂，前台親切地問候驅散了旅途的疲憊。辦理入住手續時，工作人員動作迅速且專業，耐心地解答我的各種問題，還貼心地為我升級了房型，讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。 進入房間，眼前一亮。整個房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染，床單被罩潔白如新，散發著淡淡的清香。裝修風格典雅精緻，每一處細節都透露出用心。傢俱質感十足，搭配柔和的燈光，營造出温馨舒適的氛圍。房間內的設施一應俱全，電視、洗漱用品等都品質上乘，使用起來非常順手。 還有種類豐富的早餐，每一樣都做得精緻可口。主食粗糧細糧搭配，粥品細膩滑嫩，還有新鮮的牛奶和豆漿。餐廳的環境也很優雅，服務人員隨時關注着客人的需求，及時添加飲料和食物，讓我在享受美食的同時，也感受到了貼心的服務。 這次入住讓我非常滿意，從服務到房間環境，再到早餐，都無可挑剔。下次還會選擇這裏，也會向身邊的朋友推薦這家酒店！"

"定酒店之前還有點忐忑，住進來以後完全打消顧慮了。酒店環境沒的説，離七星廣場有段距離，靜謐，定的是2張榻榻米+1.8m床+1.2m床，房間很大，設施齊全，趕上淡季，價格划算。主管亞楠人特別好，積極幫忙解決問題，其他小姐姐也是服務熱情，好評！早餐品種再豐富些就更好了"

"這家民宿真的超出預期，必須給個五星好評！ 先説衞生，細節做得太到位了。床單被罩乾淨得像剛拆封，沒有一絲異味，地板光腳踩上去都覺得清爽，連衞生間的角落都擦得一塵不染，住得特別安心。 再看環境，簡直是鬧中取靜的寶藏地。院子裏種着花草，傍晚坐在椅子上吹吹風特別舒服，房間的佈置也很有格調，温馨又有設計感，拍照超出片。 服務更是沒話説，老闆和店員都特別熱情。從入住時幫着提行李，到主動推薦周邊的小眾景點和美食，有問必答還很有耐心，感覺像在朋友家做客一樣親切。 最後是設施，齊全又貼心。空調製熱製冷都很快，熱水供應穩定，床頭還備了充電插座，細節處滿滿都是用心，住得太舒心啦！下次來還選這家～"

"一家很不錯的酒店，説是酒店，應該是當地的養生機構。 位置在北極村的邊緣，開車到江邊界碑還有4-5公里，所以，適合自駕。乘坐北極村的觀光電瓶車就很不方便了。 酒店挺大，停車非常方便。景色不錯，早上看到山中雲霧縹緲。有早餐（東北早餐），足夠吃了。各位服務人員也都不錯。園子裏，就是自己的蔬菜田地。 北極村（與酒店無關），一個有些奇葩之處，封閉管理是現在的經濟之道，衹要進村就必須購買門票和電瓶車票（即使自駕），但是，電瓶車衹是工作到18：00。問，晚六點之後我們想從景點回張仲景（酒店），怎麼辦？答：六點之後，自己想辦法。所以在北極村內活動，還衹能自駕。 總體上，北極村，去一次也就行了。"

"酒店從硬件設施方面説，可以堪稱五星級別，但是，這家酒店的服務，簡直是太差了！感覺還不如80年代的國營賓館。早餐特別差，柿子椒炒肉沒有肉，芹菜肉絲沒有肉絲，西紅柿炒雞蛋幾乎看不到雞蛋，服務員沒有禮貌，沒有笑容，就跟誰欠了他們家一樣。滿世界張貼“大字報”，就怕來吃飯的旅客都是“偷雞摸狗”之輩。我的評價很真實，也很客觀，如果這家酒店想有更好的口碑，從酒店的管理到服務人員的培訓，必須要有足夠的改進才行。"
