There is absolutely nothing bad we can think of to say about this particular Ji Hotel. Everything was perfect. What we will say, in addition, is that that if we could give more than 5/5 for the service, we would give 10/5. All the staff were exceedingly humble, pleasant and helpful to a fault. The service was better what you would receive at the much more expensive international hotel chains. We arrived very late in the night and were starved. Being foreigners, we did not have a phone app to order food. They ordered for us and did not want us to re-imburse them for the food, which they brought up to our room, which surprised us, because they have robots that usually do this for them. We asked if there were any convenience store nearby, and one of the staff personally walked us to the store on the other side of the building to help with translation. We stayed 4 days and every day, there was something that they did to impress us.

Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

入住那天，服務員迎上來，微笑有點淡但足夠親切。房間裏，設施佈置不花哨，恰好滿足需求，感覺恰到好處的安靜。床鋪舒適度剛剛好，讓我一夜無夢到天亮。早餐種類不多，可勝在新鮮。退房流程迅速，沒宂餘的寒暄，這種淡淡的服務反倒叫人心神寧和。下次來，會考慮再住這裏。

A beautiful hotel set amidst the main tourist area, just at the edge of Wanshou Palace, and walking distance to Tengwang Pavilion, Bayi Memorial Museum, with a metro exit on Line 1. Lots of dining options just along the streets here too. The decor gave nautical vibes especially with the lights and helm on the doors. So many OOTD spots here, from outside to inside and even within the room. Clean and spacious room with a cosy sofa area. Love the open wardrobe, with separate shower and toilet areas. I like the tiled and parquet flooring which always feels cleaner. The shower water pressure is good though takes a while for hot water to come thru. The bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. They provide complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar too. The rooms facing the road, like mine is abit noisy, could hear the cars horning even when the windows are closed and curtains drawn. Not a problem for me though. There's also a self-service laundry room at the basement. The staff are also friendly, warm and full of smiles. At check out, they gave a gift with local flavours - Nanchang noodles instant pack! Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nanchang as a tourist!

Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

設施：酒店設施很齊全，地理位置也很好，一出地鐵走個幾分鐘就到了 衞生：一走進大廳寬敞明亮，很舒適，房間打掃的也很乾凈 環境：酒店周圍也有商店，去吃飯或者去景點都很是方便 服務：前台小姐姐的服務更是不用説，非常的好，辦入住的時候還倒了茶水，退房的時候還很貼心的要給我們拿水，有需求也是及時趕到 如果下次來南昌，還會選擇住在這裏，完全超乎了我的預料！

這次住的酒店也太驚喜了！位置超方便，出門不遠就是地鐵站，周邊吃飯逛街都便利。房間乾淨整潔，床品軟乎乎的，睡一晚超舒服，衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，沒有異味。前台汀魚小姐姐態度特別好，辦理入住超快，還耐心給我推薦了本地美食。早上的早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯 性價比絕了，下次來還選這家，已經推薦給朋友了

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). Helpful staff and good location for breakfast and meals 5-10min away from hotel. Clean and good amenities for laundry and decent gym.

When booking this hotel on trip.com make surety check if you are booking the Walton ACA or Wellton as they are sister hotels but. in two separate buildings. The Walton has only 6 floors and the Walton more. It was little confusing when we first arrived as to which hotel we had booked. We decided to stay in the Wellton hotel. reception was very nice and patiently explained the hotel situation. Very friendly and good sense of humor so its wasn't a bother to us. They brought us up a welcoming fruit plate. nice touch. the room was nice and clean. big enough. The was super comfy. they offer soft and hard pillows. The hotel offers breakfast in the other building but we never woke up early enough to catch breakfast so can't comment on that. Its within walking distance of the Mix C (10-15 mins walk) and to the ferris wheel. check out was smooth. overall a good stay.
