酒店就在沙家浜景區邊上，走過去5分鐘。酒店就有一片屬於自己的湖景，風景很好。能在酒店購買景點的門票，比去售票處便宜。酒店服務員的態度很好，有問必答；房間乾淨衞生，早餐還行，總體來説性價比很好。

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Very new Hotel, location just opposite of shopping mall. It easy to get Taxi to get around, also not too far away from Kunshan South.

The hotel owner is very friendly, beautiful room. Good location but not suitable for travelers with big luggage because small and rough alley, bridges and stairs. The hotel owner’s cats are beautiful. The hotel owner recommended us a very very very good driver from the hotel to train station, he offered us an extremely good services and price, that’s why we paid him 2 times the price he offered.

Very central location, near GuanQianJie shopping district and 30min walk to suzhou museum and Humble Administration Garden. The room was spacious, clean and serviced everyday. Love the kind and friendly staff members.

We had a pleasant 1-night stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Pianjiang Road. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although the check-in process did take a bit longer than expected. One area that could use some improvement is the restroom near the lobby. Unfortunately, it had a noticeable odor, which left a less-than-ideal first impression, as the cleanliness of public restrooms often reflects the overall standards of the hotel. However, beyond this, everything else was wonderful. The hotel room was cozy, and we appreciated that they provided bottled water without us having to ask. Overall, we had a great experience, and it was a comfortable stay!

Staff very helpful, the room spacious and clean, breakfast was good, and location was OK - just a short drive from most things.

This hotel is located just by the Pingjiang Street. When I have to enter a small alley to the lobby I was a bit sceptical but when I checked in the room, I was amazed by the coziness of the room, and the space is also big. My hotel faces the river so it offers a very good view. I will dedinitely come back again.

The Citadines Xinghai is well situated in the Suzhou CBD just west of Jinji Lake.  Our stay was brief, as we arrived on an evening flight and just had the one night.  We had a small Studio Suite, which suited us perfectly for a short stay.  If staying longer, I would probably suggest upgrading to a bedroom Suite.  Great view of the nearby high rises from the room.  The hotel is perhaps becoming a bit dated, but still very comfortable and a great location.  The staff was super helpful, friendly and welcoming.  A nice breakfast, as well.  Would certainly recommend Citadines for business travelers.
