I needed to cancel one night and check out a day earlier, and even with the short notice, the staff were kind enough to offer me a late check-out so I could pack my luggage comfortably. "The hotel is nicely located. If you walk out you are directly at picture Nr 2: a street with a lot of Restaurants and small supermarkets. So your breakfast, lunch or dinner are just a few steps away. 400m down you can find the ticketoffice where you can buy the entrance and take the Shuttlebus directly to Changping Valley. An amazing day trip. The staff helped us organise the bus back to Chengdu, and is generally helpfull, but there was a language barrier so better check twice if things are getting lost in translation. ;) The room is decent. The Blankets are thick so you dont freeze. But the room wasn't 100% clean and we found some big peanut leftovers on the nightstand and some dust here or there. In conclusion: If you are looking for value for your money i'd recommend this Hotel. But if you have high Standards you should keep looking."

"Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity."

"Very beautiful hotel in the village, quite remote but the view is superb, there is a direct view of the distance mountain ranges from the hotel balcony. Room is spacious and clean, it is tastefully designed with quality amenities. Hotel owner and staffs are friendly, they pick us up from town and drop us at the scenic area chang ping gou. It was very congested the road to the scenic area shuangqiaogou entrance so we decide to skip and rest at the hotel on the first day."

"New hotel with good facilities. Location is close to entrance of main gate. There have minimart next to reception hotel. However a few restaurants around there and only traditional Chinese food."

"Jaw-dropping mountain views set the tone for an incredibly romantic early spring stay. Waking up to snow-covered peaks outside our room felt almost unreal, and the restaurant was even more panoramic. The interiors were manicured and cosy with every space designed to frame the surrounding mountains. The amenities were luxe from the Dyson hair dryer to Havaiana flip flops and Voss water, and the complimentary arrival treats were a lovely touch (the little tea cake was delicious). Breakfast and the hot pot dinner were also great and perfect for the cold mountain weather. If you’re visiting Mt Siguniang, this is the kind of place that turns the trip into something really special rather than just somewhere to sleep. Highly recommend"

"Recommended for those who want to stay nearby the tourist spot siguniang mountain. The car park is huge so you can easily find car park if you stay there. And you don’t need to ride a car to siguniang sightseeing spot as the hotel just across from the gate"
