Extremely friendly staff and they definitely out preformed and went the extra miles to welcome their guests! The electric scooter rental is great and the price is also good. Location is beautiful, stunning, magnificent and breathtaking! You cannot go wrong with the view in this location and what this hotel has to offer you. There are also many attractions and view points in the location. Breakfast had a nice touch to it and you get a few options,mainly western but also their local noodle dish which you can have for breakfast a great way to experience a different culture. If you need to do laundry then they have the facilities for you to do so. Over all I would come back for sure.

I usually do not write reviews but this experience has exceeded my expectations in every way that I want to share my experience. The hotel is very conveniently located close to all the main attractions - very easy to get around, no problem. Because we came during the off season, the owner of the hotel offered to drive us to a nearby market to buy some kumquats (famous in Yangshuo and delicious) and watch a beautiful section of the Yulong river that not many tourists know about. They also helped us buy tickets to watch a show at Romance Park and to Ruyi peak. This hotel was newly opened this summer so needless to say, everything is very clean and well organized. It’s a tech smart hotel meaning the amenities are very advanced. The toilet and the shower can be a bit confusing when you first use them (there are so mnay buttons!) but it’s very easy once you figure them out. We also saw a corner in the lobby for the little kids to play, which can be a good addition to young families. There are great outside sitting areas as well (including the rooftop), which would be wonderful for barbeques and activities during summer and bike rentals if you’re interested. Breakfast is simple, delicious, and fulfilling. It’s more of the Chinese style spread, and you even get to try out the famous Guilin mifen (noodles). I looked at so many hotels and read so many reviews because I wanted to make sure my parents had a comfortable, enjoyable stay (first time visiting China). I’m so glad I chose this one in the end. Every positive review that people said about this hotel is true. It’s a family run hotel, and everyone working there is so welcoming and nice. I would definitely come back when I visit Yangshuo again. My parents were so happy and satisfied with their stay. I would give them more stars and smiley faces if I could! Highly, highly recommended!!!

This place was so great! The staff, the views, the rooms - all incredible. Would 100% tell anyone going to Yangshuo to stay here. It's a quick 15-20 from here into the city. Another perk - it's within walking distance of where the bamboo rafts land after coming down river from Jinlong Bridge. But honestly the best part is the staff, all of whom are incredibly friendly and helpful. The best!

We stayed in Yangshuo, China, at the Waterside Boutique Hotel by the river. The staff were very friendly and highly customer-oriented. We booked a room with a panoramic view, and the scenery from our window was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the mountains and the river. We could even watch the rafting from our room. The river itself was just two minutes from the hotel, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. It was a wonderful place, with fresh air and very kind, pleasant people all around. At the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially a young woman named Minnie, who speaks excellent English. We saw her every day, and she was always available to help us with translation and any assistance we needed. Whenever we wanted to visit local attractions, she immediately offered to arrange transportation, purchase tickets, and even helped us book and buy tickets to Ruyi Peak at a lower price than we would have paid ourselves at the ticket office. Thanks to her help, we even saved 60 yuan. We are truly delighted that we chose to stay at this hotel and visit Yangshuo. We would like to sincerely thank Minnie for her hospitality, as well as the entire staff for their excellent service. We have such wonderful memories from our stay. We truly hope to return to this hotel and to Yangshuo again with our friends and family. Everything was simply perfect.

We had a great stay at the Governor’s Mansion. The hotel is in a fantastic location—close to the charming village of Xingping and the river, yet completely surrounded by nature with unbeatable views of the karst mountains. It felt remote and peaceful, as if we were truly outdoors, while still being near the town. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and beautifully decorated with lots of wood and glass, giving the place a warm and modern feel. The hotel is equipped with all modern facilities and truly has everything you need. A special thanks to the extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant staff. They arranged day trips, taxis, and scooters for us, and were very flexible when our itinerary changed. They also gave great advice on what to do in the area. We would definitely come again and recommend the Governor’s Mansion to everyone!

A well designed and well maintained little boutique hotel located by the hillside with a range of delicious, local eats surrounding it. The rooms were an aesthetically pleasing, remarkably clean and comfortable stay after a long day. One of the other notable highlights besides their scenic and instagram-worthy photo ops was how friendly and helpful the staff were who even went out of their way to patiently help us navigate around town and recommend places to go. The only thing we have was that it was abit tricky to get on and off of cars due to the lack of proper driveway but it wouldnt impact our stay much. Other then that its safe to say we were very satified with our 2 nights spent at Antiya.

Location isWe stayed 2 nights at Bo Yangshuo Hotel. The location is very convenient, right at the start/end of West Street (西街), making it easy to walk around while still being slightly away from the noise. We booked a family room with a bunk bed, which was comfortable and suitable for families. Overall, everything was good and well-maintained. One downside worth highlighting is that the toilet glass partition has been removed, so sounds from flushing, hand washing, and showering are quite loud. The bed head is located just above the toilet area, so it can be disturbing at night. Also, when using the bathtub, be careful as water may splash onto the bed area. Aside from this issue, our stay was pleasant and the location is a big plus, especially for first-time visitors to Yangshuo.

Great hotel surrounding with mountains. Free upgraded for bigger and nicer room. Perfect location with West Street just within walking distance. There are many restaurants or street foods nearby. Also, there is greenery park besides the hotel for workout. Value for money.

This hotel was absolutely worth it. I paid for the very expensive room with the incredible view of the 20 yuan note mountains. The total cost was about $250/night or 1700 yuan/night. The price was steep yes but it was very much worth it. This hotel is what made Xingping my favorite spot I visited. They had a restaurant that they could get food from that was quite good but the service was truly exemplary. I had no idea what I would do in Xingping before I got here but the hotel explained, booked and put together everything I needed including transport. They let me rent a bike from them and gave me a guide to visit the city with and the view from the room, there is nothing like it. The room I stayed in here was quite expensive, yes, but it was worth every penny. The staff was also very attentive, checked in consistently and provided an all around wonderful experience. I can't recommend this place enough.

已經是第二次住這裏了。第一次來就很喜歡有超大窗户可以看到山景的房間。這次來陽朔就特意又定了這裏。 房間很棒，視野很絕！ 店家人超好，熱心地為我們提供當地的遊玩訊息，租電動車也是分分鐘的事，還幫我們代收了很多快遞，非常感謝😊 店裡的早餐也很好吃，米粉我們連吃了四天都沒有膩😋 頂樓露台也非常適合小憩發呆，山山水水真的治癒人心。 總之很推薦來陽朔的朋友住這家，特別是喜歡山水，想遠離喧囂（但去西街打車也特別方便），計劃悠閑遊陽朔的各位。
