"Perus hyvä Hyatt hotelli. Siisti, tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Isoin miinus ravintola ja aula. Äänieristys heikonlainen. Mieletön kaiku ravintolassa ja aulassa. Yksi isompi äänekkäämpi porukka illallisella, et kuule mitään mitä tarjoilija yrittää sanoa tai keskustelu toisen kanssa ihan mahdotonta. Et voi nauttia ajasta ravintolassa. Astioiden kilinä ja kolina kuului vastaanottoon saakka. Annos laatuun nähden aivan liian kallis. Viininleike 29€. Leike (possu) ehkä max150g muutama peruna ja kaksi soossia. Max hinta tälle olisi hyvä 20€. Naudanlihasta tehtynä hinta 29€ olisi ok. Palvelu ihan loistavaa. Siitä plussat."

"Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs."

"Mükemmel konum: Viru Keskus alışveriş merkezinin hemen yanında ve ona bağlı, ayrıca otelde barlar ve bir müze de var. Bina biraz eski görünüyor (bina duvarları), ancak diğer her şey mükemmel durumdaydı ve yeni ve temiz görünüyordu. Çok rahat bir yatakta iyi bir uykuyla çok konforlu bir konaklama geçirdim. Bence geliştirilebilecek tek şey giriş işlemi. Her misafirin bir form doldurması gerektiği için (standart isim, telefon, adres, imza) sıra biraz yavaş ilerledi. Bence bu işlemi ortadan kaldırmak herkes için giriş işlemini hızlandıracaktır."

"This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious."

"Overall a great stay, room was clean and location decently close to the historic centre with a shopping mall and supermarkets around the area. Luggage storage worked well too. Can recommend to anyone. Make sure to claim your free water upon checkin as it’s not provided on the room which I cannot fully understand though, could be changed in my opinion…"

"這是我這一次歐洲行租的最貴的房子，四星級，應該説基本達到標準，房間很乾凈，設備基本齊全，臨近老城，對面就是塔林電影院。前台服務很周到，很熱情，早餐也不錯。衞生間挺大，乾濕分離，但房間偏小，如果能夠達到20平米到25平米那就ok了。"

"We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!"

"Really great place very close to an amazing park and the seaside promenade. They have an amazing bistro where the borscht was absolutely divine. I loved the concept of the coworking space, DIY room and Yoga room. The only negative comment I have - I didn't appreciate breakfast staff member trying to talk with us only in Russian. She didn't know English and I'm not sure if she knew Estonian. Slightly upsetting."

"Останавливалась в этом отеле уже 3 раз и этим всё сказано. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, уютно. Очень благожелательные люди на ресепшн. Очень удобные матрасы, подушки. Есть чайник в номере. Завтрак не большой, но очень вкусный и в отличной подаче. Можно завтракать и на улице. Расположение, рядом парк Кадриорг и остановка трамвая в центр. Единственный нюанс это то что в некоторых номерах окно может не открываться. И это действительно важно"

"Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen"
